Furnished and equipped with dishes, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer, BBQ, Phone, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Stero w/ CD Player, High Speed Internet, bath towels and linens, beach/pool towels, community pool and tennis courts. Weekly housekeeping and landscape maintenance provided. The boat dock, accessed by a gangway from the rear patio will accomidate upto a 42 ' boat. Two single man kayaks are available for use.The Silver Strand State Beach Park is located adjacent to the community and offers both ocean (waves, kitesurfing, surfing) and bay (swimming, waterskiing) beaches.
