Description:The Seacliff Glen nThe Seacliff Glen home has plenty of room to soak up some sun outdoors. Just up the spiral staircase is an oceanview rooftop deck with 4 chairs for seating - not a bad place to spend a Saturday afternoon! The main deck is next to the great room with several outdoor chairs and an outdoor table with umbrella. nLocated in a very quiet Rio Del Mar neighborhood with no through traffic, the Aptos creek offers a charming stroll down to the Rio Del Mar beach and the Seacliff Beach/State Park. The Rio Del Mar esplanade offers excellent deli 's and a coffee shop and a fine seafood restaurant called the Rio Cafe. All the restaurants have an ocean view! nThis well-decorated home 2 levels with lots of space. The 1st floor has 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 large bedroom/den with a Queen innerspring futon & 2 twin beds. Less than 2 blocks to the ocean with some very interesting homes and other structures in the neighborhood, it is a delightful place to walk.
