Description:Welcome to Sandpiper cottage, a beautiful getaway only blocks from the beach. This cozy cottage sleeps up to 8 (6 adults) in 2 bedrooms and a sleeping alcove, with 1 1/2 baths. You are sure to feel at home in this delightful blend of seashore art and knotty pine, (like a Tahoe cabin at the Beach) with skylights in the kitchen, a porthole window in the living room and a rowing oar railing on the stairs. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood filled with oaks and redwoods, a short 3 minute walk to Rio Del Mar Beach. After walking back from the beach, rinse off at the outdoor shower, then soak in the hot tub, underneath a giant oak tree, where everything smells like the jasmine planted nearby. Then head to the front deck with new padded chairs, patio table, 9 foot umbrella, fountain, and gas barbecue to enjoy a comfortable, relaxed outdoor experience. There is 1-carport space off the alley in the back of the cottage and more space available on the street - no permits required. The bedroom upstairs has 1-Queen bed and a TV. The 2nd bedroom is downstairs with 1-Queen bed. The Full bath is next to this bedroom. There is also a 1/2 bath at this home. The sleeping alcove has two twin bunk beds for children to sleep. There is also a pull out queen sofa bed in the livingroom. No more than 6 adults are allowed to rent the cottage per new county guidelines
