Enjoy the fun spiral staircase that goes up to the spacious crows nest deck with peeks of the ocean and harbor. This deck has 4-outdoor chairs. The front of the home also has a large deck for entertaining with a spacious teak table. There are benches built along the outer edge for lots of seating. nThe 1st bedroom has a flat screen TV and a Queen bed with a door opening to a rear private deck with a hot tub and an adjacent full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a private full bath. The 3rd bedroom is down a somewhat steep, short set of stairs and has 2 Twin beds, which is great for the kids room. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a Queen futon in the den area of the living room by the fire-stove. There is a privacy curtain that separates these two beds from each other. nThe living room with the adjoining den (which is the L-shaped wing off the living room) features another flat screen TV. There is a 2-person table next to the kitchen and a 6-person dining table in the dining area. There is a fully equipped tiled kitchen with a gas range, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. nThe backyard has a wooden deck and is fully fenced with the hot tub, an outdoor shower and a gas BBQ. Description:Coastview Beach Haus nThe Coastview Beach Haus has both ocean and Corcoran Lagoon views, located just opposite the beach, up a private gated driveway. Enjoy your time outdoors on the fun flagstone patio with lots of seating for lounging around, a gas BBQ for grilling up some burgers and beautiful flowers and an ocean view to set the scenery. The fenced-in back yard is great for allowing the kiddos to play and letting your four-legged family members get some exercise. After spending the day at the beach, you 'll appreciate washing off your sandy feet and salty skin in the outdoor hot/cold shower. nThe first bedroom has a canopy Queen bed and a door to the backyard. The 2nd bedroom has a Californa King canopy bed and a comfortable alcove with a small couch and chair, used as a sitting area. The third bedroom features a Queen bed that was originally owned by Clint Eastwood. The living room also has Full and a Queen innerspring futons.
