Description:The Seacliff Glen nThe Seacliff Glen home has plenty of room to soak up some sun outdoors. Just up the spiral staircase is an oceanview rooftop deck with 4 chairs for seating - not a bad place to spend a Saturday afternoon! The main deck is next to the great room with several outdoor chairs and an outdoor table with umbrella. nLocated in a very quiet Rio Del Mar neighborhood with no through traffic, the Aptos creek offers a charming stroll down to the Rio Del Mar beach and the Seacliff Beach/State Park. The Rio Del Mar esplanade offers excellent deli 's and a coffee shop and a fine seafood restaurant called the Rio Cafe. All the restaurants have an ocean view! nThis well-decorated home 2 levels with lots of space. The 1st floor has 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 large bedroom/den with a Queen innerspring futon & 2 twin beds. For your enjoyment, you 'll find a foosball table, VCR/DVD player and an assortment of board games including a backgammon set. There is a computer in one of the downstairs bedrooms for guests use. nThe 2nd floor has a master bedroom with a Queen bed and a private deck with a table and 2 chairs, great for your morning cup of coffee or for late evening relaxing. Description:Lighthouse View Villa nLighthouse View Villa is a top of the world, 3-story home that has one of the BEST views in Santa Cruz. From the top deck, you can see the lighthouse at the end of the Harbor, the famous Giant Dipper at the Boardwalk, the Santa Cruz wharf, the Twin Lakes Lagoon & the Surfer Museum Lighthouse! This deck has 2 lounge chairs to relax in and a hot tub big enough for 4-6 guests. nThe Lighthouse View Villa is just 4-houses to the beach and a 30-second walk to the sand. The first has a queen bed and glass sliding door that goes out to the backyard with the hot tub. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a TV and DVD player for the children to watch movies and 1 swivel chair. nFor additional sleeping there is a Twin bed in the sleeping porch with lots of windows, an ocean view and a 2 person table with chairs. This room has a small deck at the far end of it. This room is a great place for the children to color, read and play games while the adults are in the very next room enjoying the TV and socializing. nThe backyard playground has a grassy yard with a few fruit trees. This is a fully-enclosed yard for both pets all in a private yard. There is a large picnic table that can seat 4 people and a 4 person outdoor table and umbrella, all under the large tree in the backyard. There is also a seperate 2 person table further back in the backyard under the fruit tree. nThe Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Wharf is a 6 block walk away. Right to the restaurants and sand and enjoy listening and seeing all the seals! 2 blocks in the other direction, from the home you can also walk to the lighthouse pet friendly beach. This is a great home to enjoy a wonderful family BBQ, listen to the seals and enjoy the breezes of the area. nThe garage has parking for 2 cars and 2 more right outside the garage. There is also some street parking too. It is an easy 4-door stroll to the ocean path that goes from the Boardwalk all the way to Natural Bridges. (This path goes on for 3 miles!) The home is 6-blocks to the Wharf and only 1 or 2 blocks to Steamers Lane, Its Beach, the Surfers Museum and the Lighthouse Field. nEnjoy dining above the ocean on the Santa Cruz Wharf and then enjoy ocean viewing and lots of shopping! You may also want to ride the rides and try the salt water taffy on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Lots of fun for all ages! Don’t forget to see the seals at the end of the wharf. nBring your bicycles for a fantastic ride all along West Cliff Drive down to Natural Bridges State Park. Downtown Santa Cruz is not far away for restaurants and shopping as well.
