Description:The Seacliff Glen nThe Seacliff Glen home has plenty of room to soak up some sun outdoors. Just up the spiral staircase is an oceanview rooftop deck with 4 chairs for seating - not a bad place to spend a Saturday afternoon! The main deck is next to the great room with several outdoor chairs and an outdoor table with umbrella. nLocated in a very quiet Rio Del Mar neighborhood with no through traffic, the Aptos creek offers a charming stroll down to the Rio Del Mar beach and the Seacliff Beach/State Park. The Rio Del Mar esplanade offers excellent deli 's and a coffee shop and a fine seafood restaurant called the Rio Cafe. All the restaurants have an ocean view! nThis well-decorated home 2 levels with lots of space. The 1st floor has 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 large bedroom/den with a Queen innerspring futon & 2 twin beds. For your enjoyment, you 'll find a foosball table, VCR/DVD player and an assortment of board games including a backgammon set. There is a computer in one of the downstairs bedrooms for guests use. nThe 2nd floor has a master bedroom with a Queen bed and a private deck with a table and 2 chairs, great for your morning cup of coffee or for late evening relaxing. Description:We are located in Davenport 9 miles north of Santa Cruz, directly on HWY 1 next to the whale city bakery. We have a 1 and 1/2 bedroom (leather couch and luv seat pull out is 1/2).1 bath fully remodeled with tub full kitchen also remodeled and eating area. Very comfortable cozy space for 3 or 4 people, 5 is doable. Huge front deck overlooking the ocean with an up stairs whale watching deck. From these places you can see the Bonny Doon mountains behind us and the Pacific ocean in the front,quite nice. This area is a gold mine of things to do. You might find yourself grabbing some local roasted coffee and a hand made pastry in the mornings right next store from us. You could look for beach glass on the beach across the street or head 9 more miles north and visit the elephant seals at Ano Nuevo. There is Los Oso to Big Basin a beautiful day hike, the opportunities are endless. We provide a perfect home base for ADVENTURE or LEISURE.For main house: 1 night $150 3 day weekend $400 One 7 day week $950. There is also some street parking too. It is an easy 4-door stroll to the ocean path that goes from the Boardwalk all the way to Natural Bridges. (This path goes on for 3 miles!)
