Description:Wharf View Place nFrom the Wharf View Place, you 'll enjoy the twinkling lights of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf. Marvel at the ocean from this spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that has all the amenites for a fun and relaxing vacation. nThe great room has a new leather couch and 3 leather recliners for relaxing in front of the fireplace in front of the large flat screen TV. Movie night, anyone?! The dining area can seat up to 10 guests: 8 at the table and 2 at the kitchen counter on the 2 barstools. Enjoy your meals with an ocean view! The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a large pantry and an ocean view. nThe master bedroom is upstairs with a king bed with a lighted headboard and a TV. The bathroom on this level has a shower/tub and is next to the bedroom. For a little more relaxation and comfort, there are 2 relaxing swivel chairs and a private deck with a 2 person table and ocean view. nDownstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The first has a queen bed and glass sliding door that goes out to the backyard with the hot tub. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a TV and DVD player for the children to watch movies and 1 swivel chair. nFor additional sleeping there is a Twin bed in the sleeping porch with lots of windows, an ocean view and a 2 person table with chairs. This room has a small deck at the far end of it. This room is a great place for the children to color, read and play games while the adults are in the very next room enjoying the TV and socializing. nThe backyard playground has a grassy yard with a few fruit trees. This is a fully-enclosed yard for both pets all in a private yard. There is a large picnic table that can seat 4 people and a 4 person outdoor table and umbrella, all under the large tree in the backyard. There is also a seperate 2 person table further back in the backyard under the fruit tree. nThe Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Wharf is a 6 block walk away. Right to the restaurants and sand and enjoy listening and seeing all the seals! 2 blocks in the other direction, from the home you can also walk to the lighthouse pet friendly beach. This is a great home to enjoy a wonderful family BBQ, listen to the seals and enjoy the breezes of the area. nThe garage has parking for 2 cars and 2 more right outside the garage. There is also some street parking too. It is an easy 4-door stroll to the ocean path that goes from the Boardwalk all the way to Natural Bridges. (This path goes on for 3 miles!) The home is 6-blocks to the Wharf and only 1 or 2 blocks to Steamers Lane, Its Beach, the Surfers Museum and the Lighthouse Field. nEnjoy dining above the ocean on the Santa Cruz Wharf and then enjoy ocean viewing and lots of shopping! You may also want to ride the rides and try the salt water taffy on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Lots of fun for all ages! Description:Welcome to Beach Nutz, our elegantly funky and fun vacation home in the very special Rio del Mar beach community, part of the delightful old town of Aptos. To discover Rio del Mar is to discover something that seems as if it could only exist in fiction or a movie - Big Fish? Pleasantville? Yellow Submarine? -bits of these come to mind but there is something sublime about Rio del Mar. It 's easy, everything you need: beach, esplanade, best coffee shop, excellent restaurant, great deli/lunch place all less than 150 paces. Excellent bird and people watching. It has charm but not that dripping-cutsey-congested-kind we 're more mid-twentieth century retro. Yet there 's a feeling of timelessness bestowed by the ancient giant palms along the esplanade, and cyprus all around the cliffs. And we 're relaxed, friendly, and full of character(s). The busiest season is summer Californians have been escaping the heat here for years-over 150, the history is rich and so are the sights, but when it 's time for sunset you 'll want to retreat to the quiet and peaceful charm of Rio del Mar and to the roof garden atop Beach Nutz for a 360 degree view of sun dropping behind Capitola, and twilight blanketing all of our cliffs, canyon, beach and surf, flats and creek, and have a last evening look south to Carmel and north to Pleasure Point and Santa Cruz.

No pets, no kids (sorry...all white furniture). Fully equipped kitchen--with more appliances than I ever use! New bathroom, wood floors throughout laundry in garage. Mostly bamboo sheets and towels. Two bedrooms bedrom #1 has a brand new queen bed bedroom #2 has new sleepr sofa with feather bed for extra fluffiness living room also has a sleeper sofa (queen). Cable TV in both bedrooms wifi $100 cleaning fee(in advance) security deposit required, and expect guests to tell me if something gets broken :)
