Description:The Blue Whale nThe Blue Whale is a unique house that has one home upstairs and one downstairs. This setup makes it great for family reunions and group retreats. Description:River in my Backyard nThis home will bring back those Huckleberry Finn memories of enjoying a lazy drifting river on a warm sunny day. You too can relax and watch the ducks, geese, swans and occasional seagull float by. The green grassy lawn is private to the home and edges the river. There is a small public access path between the downstairs fenced-off deck with many padded lounge chairs, two tables and a charcoal Weber grill. nThere is room for up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Downstairs the great room features a wood fireplace-bring your own firewood and several comfortable chairs and a couch. The dining area has a large wooden table that can expand to hold up to 10 guests. The newly remodeled kitchen features all new appliances including a dishwasher. The cooks in the kitchen can enjoy the view of the Soquel Creek also. The TVs are on cable and there is a fast wireless DSL for your laptop. The first bedroom is on the first level with 1 king with a small TV. It is just across the hall from a full bath with a double-sized shower.
