Description:Beautiful home, 4 blocks from the beach/boardwalk, and 2 blocks from downtown Santa Cruz! Hardwood floors, claw foot tub, fireplace, lots of windows, and a fabulous location! Street parking available, we provide parking pass. We also have wireless internet, iPod stereo hook up, NY TImes delivery on the weekend, snacks, and lots of coffee and tea to enjoy). This is an entire house rental, you won't be sharing. The house has 2 bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with a queen. There is a shared bath. There is a gas stove in the kitchen, and you are welcome to cook during your stay. There is space to store bikes, around back of the house, and lots of great biking, whatever your skill level, nearby. The house is within walking distance to the downtown pedestrian area, with plenty of restaurants, and fun boutique shops. Also the beach/surf/boardwalk is a half mile away. We love to share our home with folks who appreciate good design, and a great location. APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: Our apartment is a newly remodeled 1 BR entire apartment you would be renting. We live here , and are looking to rent it our while we go away for the holidays. You are welcome to all the amenities that come along with the apartment. As you can imagine this apt is inhabited by us so you can expect to find most things you would in a home, you are welcome to use them Mi casa es su Casa! We are located in the 2nd Floor (stairs only), this is a great safe and quiet neighborhhod considered downtown san jose, however we are in the residential area behind the main avenue (where santa clara becomes The Alameda, right next to the HP PAvillion. Our main bedroom has a great queen size bed, and the living room has a futon couch which can accomodate another 2 people. Amenities: We have high speed wireless internet, alot of kitchen/cooking amenities , as well as AC and heating. Cable Flat screen TV with tons of channels. BBQ grill for outdoor use. There is also a pool . Living room has wall to wall glass windows with a truly nice view . Bright and airy space. We have a large outdoor balcony (french bistro style) complete with a grill, bench and bistro table. Step outside and enjoy your cofeee or breakfaste along with great views of nature and Mount Hamilton. PLease ask any quesitons , thanks!
