But among the endless local spots here in town that provide it, The Bagelry, at 1636 Seabright Ave. - approx. 3 minutes drive from the studio - offers free wifi. Helpful hint: read my Guidebook for a few more free wifi spots. Subject to increased nightly price on certain high demand dates, and seasonal rate changes - check listing calendar as varying rates are always posted in advance. At this time, I'm sorry to report that I can no longer allow pets to stay at my rental. :( REGARDING DIRECTIONS TO MY RENTAL, PLEASE READ One of the best features of my studio is that it is a separate, detached, and very private unit from the main house on the property, with its own separate private parking space, fenced yard, and it's own, separate entrance. For these reasons, I give booked guests SIMPLE, exact directions on how to reach the studio, and I meet them there to check in. The studio has the same address as the front house, but is at the rear of the property and is accessed by an alley which runs parallel the full length of Pacheco Ave.. I always provide exact directions via email after bookings, SO PLEASE FOLLOW THEM AND MEET ME THERE, NOT AT THE MAIN HOUSE, (simply because if I am awaiting your arrival at your actual destination, I will not hear you knocking on the door of a different house). Description:The Seacliff Glen nThe Seacliff Glen home has plenty of room to soak up some sun outdoors. Just up the spiral staircase is an oceanview rooftop deck with 4 chairs for seating - not a bad place to spend a Saturday afternoon! The main deck is next to the great room with several outdoor chairs and an outdoor table with umbrella. nLocated in a very quiet Rio Del Mar neighborhood with no through traffic, the Aptos creek offers a charming stroll down to the Rio Del Mar beach and the Seacliff Beach/State Park. The Rio Del Mar esplanade offers excellent deli 's and a coffee shop and a fine seafood restaurant called the Rio Cafe. All the restaurants have an ocean view! nThis well-decorated home 2 levels with lots of space. The 1st floor has 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 large bedroom/den with a Queen innerspring futon & 2 twin beds. For your enjoyment, you 'll find a foosball table, VCR/DVD player and an assortment of board games including a backgammon set. There is a computer in one of the downstairs bedrooms for guests use. nThe 2nd floor has a master bedroom with a Queen bed and a private deck with a table and 2 chairs, great for your morning cup of coffee or for late evening relaxing. Adjoining the beautifully maroon tiled and fully equipped kitchen on the 2nd level is a nice sun room with a sunny or starry skylight and a table for 4. On the other side of the kitchen is another small table for 2 with two wicker chairs for guests who are chatting with the cooks in the kitchen. The great room has a large dining room table that easily seats up to 8 people. The kitchen tables can be moved into the great room for larger dining celebrations for a total seating for 12-14 guests. nThis sunny living room has a nice red sofa and two new brown microfiber arm chairs. There is an electric fireplace/heater and an entertainment area with TV, DVD, CD and VHS. Floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door lead onto the main deck with a new propane BBQ. nThe steps from the front door lead down to a lovely back yard with flowers of geraniums, white camellias, ferns and small grasses. Enclosed in this backyard is a bubbling hot tub amongst a nice tree. There is a private hot tub to soak at night as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing sandy feet and muddy dogs. This home also provides a large array of fun beach toys ncluding frisbees, 2 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, 2 skim boards, 4 bicycles, 2 fishing poles & even beach pails with shovels for the small children. Description:Sunshine Beach Cottage nThe Sunshine Beach Cottage is just a short stroll to the unique Village of Capitola and the large sandy beach. The Cottage is charmingly furnished with light and lovely details. Enjoy the 42 flat screen TV in the living room with its satellite reception over the mantle of the gas fireplace. nThe separate dining area seats up to 6 and is next the full kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher and more. The kitchen has a large set of dishes in a variety of rainbow colors to enjoy using. There are two bedrooms, each with Queen Beds. There is also a fun little cottage in the back yard that has 2-Twin beds, in bunk style. nThe second little cottage in the back houses the washer and dryer and 2-bicycles. The fenced-in backyard has two small brick patios and a grassy lawn area that is great for pets and kids to frolic in. The nicely decorated living room has a double sleeper sofa. Description:Lighthouse View Villa nLighthouse View Villa is a top of the world, 3-story home that has one of the BEST views in Santa Cruz. From the top deck, you can see the lighthouse at the end of the Harbor, the famous Giant Dipper at the Boardwalk, the Santa Cruz wharf, the Twin Lakes Lagoon & the Surfer Museum Lighthouse! This deck has 2 lounge chairs to relax in and a hot tub big enough for 4-6 guests. nThe Lighthouse View Villa is just 4-houses to the beach and a 30-second walk to the sand. Enjoy the spectacular ocean view from the master bedroom with a private deck that has a patio table and chairs for your morning coffee. This is luxurious living at its best. nThe large kitchen has four bar stools at a teak counter, teak cabinets, & a Jen-Aire inside grill on the stove top!
