The main deck is next to the great room with several outdoor chairs and an outdoor table with umbrella. nLocated in a very quiet Rio Del Mar neighborhood with no through traffic, the Aptos creek offers a charming stroll down to the Rio Del Mar beach and the Seacliff Beach/State Park. The Rio Del Mar esplanade offers excellent deli 's and a coffee shop and a fine seafood restaurant called the Rio Cafe. All the restaurants have an ocean view! nThis well-decorated home 2 levels with lots of space. The 1st floor has 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 large bedroom/den with a Queen innerspring futon & 2 twin beds. For your enjoyment, you 'll find a foosball table, VCR/DVD player and an assortment of board games including a backgammon set. There is a computer in one of the downstairs bedrooms for guests use. nThe 2nd floor has a master bedroom with a Queen bed and a private deck with a table and 2 chairs, great for your morning cup of coffee or for late evening relaxing. Adjoining the beautifully maroon tiled and fully equipped kitchen on the 2nd level is a nice sun room with a sunny or starry skylight and a table for 4. On the other side of the kitchen is another small table for 2 with two wicker chairs for guests who are chatting with the cooks in the kitchen. The great room has a large dining room table that easily seats up to 8 people. Description:Lighthouse View Villa nLighthouse View Villa is a top of the world, 3-story home that has one of the BEST views in Santa Cruz. From the top deck, you can see the lighthouse at the end of the Harbor, the famous Giant Dipper at the Boardwalk, the Santa Cruz wharf, the Twin Lakes Lagoon & the Surfer Museum Lighthouse! This deck has 2 lounge chairs to relax in and a hot tub big enough for 4-6 guests. nThe Lighthouse View Villa is just 4-houses to the beach and a 30-second walk to the sand. Enjoy the spectacular ocean view from the master bedroom with a private deck that has a patio table and chairs for your morning coffee. This is luxurious living at its best. nThe large kitchen has four bar stools at a teak counter, teak cabinets, & a Jen-Aire inside grill on the stove top! There is also a high top table with six chairs. The deck has a gas BBQ and a four person table right outside.
