Very sweet neighborhood (quiet, mostly owner-occupied so no loud student parties :) Wide driveway lots of off-street parking. House includes: -wifi --2 TV's -hair dryer -blenders, coffee pot, electric tea pot -all manner of pots kitchen table w/4 chairs Two bedroom house, secluded patio, just blocks from the Pacific Ocean. No pets, no kids (sorry...all white furniture). Fully equipped kitchen--with more appliances than I ever use! New bathroom, wood floors throughout laundry in garage. Mostly bamboo sheets and towels. Two bedrooms bedrom #1 has a brand new queen bed bedroom #2 has new sleepr sofa with feather bed for extra fluffiness living room also has a sleeper sofa (queen). Cable TV in both bedrooms wifi $100 cleaning fee(in advance) security deposit required, and expect guests to tell me if something gets broken :)
