Description:1 House to the Beach nAre you ready for an experience you will never forget? This fantastic property will do just that for your vacation! It has great views of the ocean & beach, lots of amenities, spacious rooms, lovely decks and decor and is located just ONE HOUSE away from the 26th Ave Beach. This home has 4 bedrooms with 3-1/4 baths (3 baths and an outdoor shower). The living room, with its great ocean and beach view, is long, spacious and great for get-togethers. nThe master bedroom has a King bed with ocean views and the other 3 bedrooms have two extra long Twin beds which can be pushed together to make King beds. There is a Queen Sofa sleeper and a Twin sofa sleeper in the living room. The downstairs den has a large flat screen TV, a Queen sofa sleeper and a Twin trundle for extra sleeping space. The Twin trundle can be combined for a short King bed. nThe dining area seats up to 16 guests plus 3 counter stools next to the kitchen counter. The outside deck has a spectacular ocean view above the 26th Avenue beach, a gas BBQ and many tables and chairs. If you walk to the left about 1/2 block, there is an area known as Moran Beach and there is a lagoon with ducks. Across the street at that area is a parking lot with bathrooms. nWithin a short drive or bike ride to the northeast is the Santa Cruz Harbor with kayak/boat rentals and great restaurants. To the southeast is the area of Pleasure Point - famous for surfing - with fun shops and restaurants. One half mile further is the Village of Capitola which has lots of shopping and a beach village atmosphere (wine tasting, ice cream shops, jewelry, etc.) nThe Monterey/Carmel area is about 45 minutes southeast and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is about a 5 minute drive to the northwest. Description:The Blue Whale nThe Blue Whale is a unique house that has one home upstairs and one downstairs. This setup makes it great for family reunions and group retreats. You get the best of two worlds: everyone is together, yet there is plenty of privacy with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 hot tubs. Grandpa and Grandma can stay on the ground level if they don 't want to always walk upstairs, and they can watch their little grandkids play in the enclosed front patio downstairs. Moms, Dad, Uncles, Aunts & Cousins can BBQ on the deck upstairs, dine outdoors, lounge in the sun, have a glass of wine and watch the ocean and the Sunsets. Teenagers can quickly walk the 90-steps to the beach. When they come back they can use the warm water outdoor showers to remove sand and jump in one of the two hot tubs. For dinner, you can use the large kitchen, dining and living room area and everyone can gather upstairs and enjoy the great setup with the large dining table, living room, fireplace, and deck with the view. After dinner, all can stroll to the Seacliff State Beach Park 's wharf, down to the cement ship and watch the sunset from the wharf. nThe whole house has: wireless internet, LCD HD flat screen TVs, stereo, linens with beds freshly made, towels, bathroom sink amenities, boogie boards and assorted bicycles. nThe upstairs home has great views from the large balcony including a beautiful view of the beach. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen, laundry, dining and living room areas. You can comfortably sleeps up to 10-guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Other amenities include a fireplace, large deck with an ocean view, BBQ grill and deck furniture. The hot tub is located on the ground level down a quick set of stairs.
