Description:We are located in Davenport 9 miles north of Santa Cruz, directly on HWY 1 next to the whale city bakery. We have a 1 and 1/2 bedroom (leather couch and luv seat pull out is 1/2).1 bath fully remodeled with tub full kitchen also remodeled and eating area. Very comfortable cozy space for 3 or 4 people, 5 is doable. Huge front deck overlooking the ocean with an up stairs whale watching deck. From these places you can see the Bonny Doon mountains behind us and the Pacific ocean in the front,quite nice. This area is a gold mine of things to do. You might find yourself grabbing some local roasted coffee and a hand made pastry in the mornings right next store from us. You could look for beach glass on the beach across the street or head 9 more miles north and visit the elephant seals at Ano Nuevo. There is Los Oso to Big Basin a beautiful day hike, the opportunities are endless. We provide a perfect home base for ADVENTURE or LEISURE.For main house: 1 night $150 3 day weekend $400 One 7 day week $950. We are located in the 2nd Floor (stairs only), this is a great safe and quiet neighborhhod considered downtown san jose, however we are in the residential area behind the main avenue (where santa clara becomes The Alameda, right next to the HP PAvillion. Our main bedroom has a great queen size bed, and the living room has a futon couch which can accomodate another 2 people. Amenities: We have high speed wireless internet, alot of kitchen/cooking amenities , as well as AC and heating. Cable Flat screen TV with tons of channels. BBQ grill for outdoor use. There is also a pool . Living room has wall to wall glass windows with a truly nice view . Bright and airy space. We have a large outdoor balcony (french bistro style) complete with a grill, bench and bistro table.
