Gas BBQ grill. Small front garden and patio sitting area. All of what you see is not a shared space...it is private.Property is located in a Registered bird santuary. There is also a courtyard garden not pictured with fountain area which the birds love to frolic in with more tropical plantings. Small pets allowed! Call in advance regarding what kind of pets allowed. This is our home not a hotel and the guest house is on the same lot. It is very peaceful. NO high traffic noise.
