There is a private entrance into the villa and a private single car garage entrance into the flat. The Tuscan Villa is a 1000 sq. foot 1 bedroom/1 bath accommodating up to 2 guests boasting a serene courtyard, fountain and sitting area with private access to the pool, spa and observation terrace. The master has a comfortable queen bed, 2 night stands, a dresser and an HDTV and DVD player. There is a large walk-in shower, walk-in closet, washer and dryer and vanity. The living room has an HDTV with satellite TV over a cozy fireplace. Both rooms feature glass french doors to the courtyard. The kitchen has a pub dining table and upscale appliances and granite counter tops. The Tuscan Flat is individually located on it's own private level of the Diamond Point Retreat with high ceilings, this 3500 sq. foot 3 bedroom/4 bath flat accommodates up to 8 guests with a theater room, recreation lounge and breakfast/bar kitchen. There is a private grill and dining piazza with serene sounds from the fountain courtyard and private access to the pool, spa and observation terrace. Two of the bedrooms feature two full bookshelf beds with temper-pedic mattresses while the third features two queen beds. All rooms have a bathroom with walk-in showers, walk-in closets and a desk. The recreation lounge has a billiards table, pub tables and a large HDTV over a huge mantle fireplace. For gaming fun, there are 2 gaming seats and a big screen TV with X-Box and Wii. n nAll guests have access to a private member's club and fitness center with olympics sized pool and tennis courts. Tee times at Las Sendas Mountain Golf Course and reservations at Bogey's Steakhouse are available. n nEstate managers are on property to provide additional assistance when available. n nSpecial arrangements can be made to reserve Main Salon Venues - Special events on the 4500 sq ft. main level of Diamond Point Retreat can be arranged for weddings, receptions, birthday celebrations, culinary events, advanced simulation racing entertainment, corporate workshops and more. The main level can accommodate up to ~100 guests and has a multi-functional great room, gourmet kitchen, private bar and Simroom. Additionally, if you are already a guest in our villa or flat, you can schedule a massage or an individual training session with a fitness professional in our private gym located on the estate. n nBest Time to Visit n nSeptember through April, Phoenix enjoys mild and pleasant weather. Autumn is perhaps the best time to visit, although if you visit in the spring you will be able to witness the many festivals that are held around that time. n nAutumn and Spring time sees pleasant days with temperatures in the 70-80c2b0F range, sometimes up to 90. After sundown however the temperature can drop and occasionally may even go down as far as freezing in the very early hours. n nThe occasional rain shower or cloudy day can also be expected at this time of year. However when you consider that Arizona boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year, chances are the clouds will not last long. n nThose who are brave enough to visit in the summer (July thru August) can expect temperatures above 100c2b0F (38c2b0C) for weeks at a time, it is not uncommon for the temperature to hit 110c2b0F (43c2b0C) in midsummer. This is a great time for boating fun and water sports. n
