Crystal-clear waters are only 15 min away at the bottom of a magnificent stone path perched on the ridge of the hill.The house can only be reached by a 20-minute walk along a beautiful track way across terraced vineyards which terminates in a steep path of stone steps leading to the sea. It is located on the edge of a terraced cliff between Riomaggiore and Portovenere, close to a group of houses known as Monesteroli village, in the most unspoiled part of the Cinque Terre National Park. It is recommended to minimize the luggage and use backpacks. Some luggage can be left in the car and eventually be taken down during your stay. Electricity within the property is provided by solar panels connected to batteries. Cooking facilities and hot water are gas operated. Emergency power is supplied by a power-generator operated with petrol in case of reduced battery voltage. Any appliance of 75 Watts or more can only be operated through the power generator.
