Description:Villa Lalla is located in Capezzano Pianore a small village not far from Pietrasanta, a medieval town wellknown throughout the world for its art and monuments, but also for foundries and various galleries. There artists and sculptors spend several periods of the year to create their masterpieces or to find the right piece of marble to sculpt. It is frequent meet artists at restaurant or a bar, always in a unformal circumstances. nVIlla Lalla is well connected to the story of Pietrasanta: it is owned by a very well known American photographer, good friend of Picasso. In the library in the basement you'll find many books reminding the old owner with an amazing collection of biographies of famous people from the world of cinema, arts and litterature. Entering the villa you can breathe an atmosphere of a certain thickness created by the particular personality of its predecessor. n nThis cozy house lays on three levels: nGround floor: it consists of a big open space with a living room with the fireplace and two large sofa, an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a great grill, a dining area with table for 10 people. From the living room you can have access to a large patio with armchairs and a table. The swimming pool is just fewest steps away. nIt is completely private and separated to the rest of the house. It is in a very fresh area close to a wooden that borders the property. A bathroom is on groundfloor. nThe kitchen is connected by a french window to a further patio equipped with pizza oven and a table for 10 paople. nOn the first floor there are four bedrooms, 2 double and 2 single with french bed (140 cm wide). Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and one with shower only. In each room there is air conditioning. Bed nets are in all the windows of the villa. nFrom the ground floor via a wooden staircase you can reach the basement. It is completeley rennovated in 2012 and it consist of a large open-plan living room perfect to spend the leisure time, it is equipped with: tv, stereo, a pool table, a reading area furnished with sofa and also provided with books in English text, a small gym and a bathroom with a shower. nThe villa has been completely renovated in 2012. At first glance you immediately breathe a cool attention to details. The villa is in a peaceful area, very quiet, surrounded by green, flowers, roses, azaleas, without being too isolated.
