There are no single room supplements. For your further enjoyment there is a spacious guest lounge with comfortable chairs and a Victorian terrace for those who like the sun. As there are televisions in all rooms, the lounge is available for a friendly chat, games/cards or a quiet read, with books, magazines and the daily and local papers available. We have justifiably acquired a reputation for excellent food and genuine friendly service. There is a full English Breakfast available and dinner is optional. The meals are prepared personally by the resident proprietor from fresh local produce. All special dietary requirements are catered for by arrangement. We have a good selection of wines and spirits. We have a residential licence so you can enjoy a quiet drink at any time. The proprietors are members of the Sidmouth and District Hotel & Caterers Association, and hold a full fire certificate.

Casa Mono offers accommodation for up to 13 people having 3 bedrooms in the villa which sleeps 6, 1 bedroom in the apartment sleeping 2, a sofa-bed in the lounge of the apartment sleeping 2 (or the use of 2 fold-up beds to place where you wish should you not wish to use the sofa bed), 3 fold-up beds. There is also the option of a fixed cot and a travel cot. It is ideal for a large family, 2 families holidaying together, a family and grandparents, a family and nanny or groups of friends as it has 2 separate garden entrances and independent entrances to both the villa and apartment allowing privacy if required. The garden entrance at the bottom leads onto a quiet cul-de-sac where children can safely play. Both the villa and apartment have a large lounge where you can relax and enjoy the company of friends and family,watch SKY TV or a DVD,listen to music,surf the internet or just chill-out and take in the magnificent views. The main living area in the villa has air-conditioning/heating and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and there are wall heaters in the bedrooms of the main villa. The villa has a large balcony off the main living area ideal for sunbathing or dining and a balcony off the master bedroom ideal for a quiet breakfast and this bedroom also has access to the pool. Directly in front of the apartment is a large terrace overlooking the garden where you can relax together.Beside the apartment terrace is a large 11m x 8m x 2m deep pool with a terraced dining and sunbathing area with sunloungers overlooking the garden and other areas to relax in. If we do not have your required dates available please ask about our other villas. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the final payment due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. We will hold your reservation for a period of 5 working days, if we have not received your deposit in that time then we reserve the right to cancel your booking. If the final balance payment is not received 8 weeks prior to arrival then the booking will be cancelled and the 30% deposit/reservation fee is non-refundable. Payment is by bank transfer,Paypal,cheque or cash on arrival will be considered (deposit of 50% required in advance if paying cash on arrival). PLEASE NOTE if paying by international cheque an additional fee will be charged and the cheque for the final balance be CLEARED into Casa Mono's account 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. We also require a refundable security deposit of 300 euros payable in cash on arrival,this is fully refundable on the day of departure providing there is no damage or unreasonable cleaning costs. Lost keys will be charged at 10 euros per key. Loss of the internet dongle will be charged at 100 euros. The villa is available for rental out of High Season for less than a weeks stay, however we require an extra payment for laundry of 10 euros per person. For stays of less than 7 nights stay there is also a 50 euro final cleaning charge. Please note the final cleaning charge also applies with any Special Offer price. A high chair can be provided - please request this at the time of booking. As the bedrooms are all large, Casa Mono can accommodate additional people on fold-up beds but there is an additional charge ie. price advertised is for a maximum of 10 people. Beach towel hire and a mid-stay clean can also be provided at an extra cost. Please request towel hire in advance. WIFI is available at an additional cost - please enquire about current rates. INTERNET MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE. Please request beach towels, put-you-up beds and internet IN ADVANCE. Casa Mono is made-up with linen for all of the permanent beds and a bath towel and a hand towel is provided for each person in the booking with an additional hand towel in each of the bathrooms. If extra bed linen or towels are required during the stay these will incur an additional laundry charge of 10 euros per set of linen. Casa Mono has air-conditioning in the main house but please note due to increasing electrical costs a charge of 75 euros a week will be charged if air-conditioning is required payable with the final balance. Air-conditioning is only normally required during July and August. Welcome packs can be arranged by prior request. Please note that as the pool is unsecured a high level of supervision is needed for young children. Please note that this property is not suitable for the elderly and infirm. Arrival time at casa is after 16:00 however if you arrive earlier we can store your luggage and should the villa be ready earlier then you are welcome to start your holiday before 16:00. We request that you vacate the villa by 10:00 on your day of departure, however if your flight is not until later in the day we can store your luggage until such time that you require it. A 7 seater mini-bus for airport pick-up can be arranged at an extra charge - useful and cost effective if you are a large party and only want to hire 1 car for use during your holiday. This comfortable and charming chalet is set in one of the world?s best ski resorts, Tignes, in the high altitude ski area of Espace Killy with skiing up to 3450m. Espace Killy comprises Tignes, and it´s famous neighbour, Val d´Isere, both amazing ski areas in their own right and each with a different feel. Something for everyone then! Chalet La Sauterelle is undergoing refurbishment for winter season 2012/13, to bring it up to Skibug standards. This will ensure that all our guests have the best possible stay in this wonderful chalet with the level of comfort and service that they deserve. The chalet is conveniently located in Tignes Les Chartreux which is just between Tignes Le Lac and Tignes Val Claret on the main road towards the funicular which takes skiers up througth the mountain to the Grande Motte glacier. There are a total of 6 bedrooms, all of which are en-suite and can accommodate 12 to 14 guests comfortably. There´s even a lovely, warm and relaxing sauna in which you can soothe your tired body after a hard day on the slopes enjoying the incredible terrain that the high altitude, snow sure Espace Killy area has to offer. There is an open plan lounge with comfortable seating for all 14 guests and large picture windows with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. There´s also a large open log fire for those cosy nights in the lounge when it´s snowing outside. You´ll find FREE WIFI access and a TV & DVD player in the lounge, an I-Pod compatible Hi-Fi, loads of books and games and an honesty bar stocked with beer, wine and soft drinks. The dining room and kitchen are on the first floor and there´s balcony which catches the sun here too. There´s great après ski choices close to the chalet with a huge amount of bars, restaurants and shops easliy reached within 10 minutes walk. You´ll also find an ice rink, bowling, cinema, indoor leisure centre with wellness centre and much more to keep you entertained. Tignes Val Claret is closest if you fancy short walk and a cheeky drink after your scrumptious 3 course dinner. There´s also a bus stop at the end of the drive which will take you in either direction around the resort and is free to hop on or off. The bus service runs 24/7 and is a super handy way to get to the ski lifts of Le Lac or Val Claret in the mornings or a quicker way to get to the lively bars in the evenings.
