Casa Agiato Vita occupies one of the most panoramic positions on Lake Como, with views over the three branches of the lake and includes views of Bellagio. The villa is located on a hillside and sits on a huge 60 acre estate close to the castle of Vezio. The landscape is one of unique beauty. The view from the pool and the garden is breathtaking. The verdant over sized garden is planted with roses and olive trees. 500 meters from the villa there is a clay tennis court managed by a local club. The housekeeper 's family lives in an independent apartment in the basement of the property, while at the back of the house there is a portion where the family of the owner lives when in residence. nCasa Agiato Vita is the rental of Villa Como, Casa Piana and Casa Paseo. The combination of these properties allow you to sleep up to 25 guests with the included rental of the two mansards (mansard pricing is listed in the additional charges section and are in addition to the rental price). nA large loft is available when all units are rented that allows dining for 30 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, sofas, Satellite TV, and ADSL line. The first of the three houses is Villa Como. The entrance to the ground floor of Villa Como is through a patio, which has lovely views and can be used for al fresco dining. There is a small sitting room, and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Outside there is a bathroom with a shower for the pool. nOn the second floor is one room with 1-Queen bed, two bedrooms with 2-twin beds, and one bedroom with 1-single bed (this bedroom has no door and opens directly into the passage). The two bathrooms both have tubs. A study completes this floor. Large windows open to the garden making for a bright and airy interior. The patio is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. nUpstairs, upon request, there are two mansards (apartments) each with independent entrances into a kitchenette. Each has a small sitting room, bedroom with 1-French bed and 2-single beds, and one bathroom. Please note that in order to maintain the privacy of the main rental the mansards are not rented separately to other guests. You have the option to rent one, both, or none with the rental of Villa Como. nA brand new loft living area, dining area, Satellite TV, ADSL line, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom are also available for your use. nThe second house is Casa Piana. Casa Piana is a 80 sqm accommodation for four. nOn the ground floor is a quaint living room with sofa and armchair. The living room opens up onto a terrace with table and chairs. The kitchen/dining room has a fridge, stove and washing machine. The master bedroom is located on this floor and has an ensuite bathroom with tub. nFrom the bathroom there are stairs leading to the second bedroom, which has two twin beds. These can be made into a queen upon request. nThe third house, Casa Paseo, is a picturesque accommodation. The front of the house looks toward the garden and the lake, while the back part of the house is at the end of a local road, which stops five meters beyond the house. nAt the garden level, the entrance hall is accessed through a large patio shaded by an old wisteria. The living room with its large windows opening to the garden has a fireplace, two comfortable sofas and satellite TV. A studio with a library opens directly to the living room. On the same floor Casa Paseo offers a lake-view dining room with a table for 8 people and a separate kitchen with refrigerator, stove and washing machine. There is also a WC on this floor. nA nice loggia welcomes guests to the second floor, which provides access to the terrace/solarium with a view of the lake. On this floor there are three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The twin bedroom has direct access to one of the double bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with tub separate shower and washing machine. nUpstairs there is another twin bedroom with lake views (each bed has an additional pull-out bed). Casa Paseo has been recently restored and tastefully furnished with great care. The private outdoor area is shaded by old cypress and olive trees. The patio is equipped with a table and chairs. nVarenna is a wonderful lake shore town on Lake Como. Built on a rocky promontory it was for centuries a sentinel at the heart of the lake. Varenna today is a quietly refined town with beautiful old houses and romantic panoramas. The climate is particularly mild, as witnessed by the presence of olive and cypress trees together with other botanical specimens normally found in much warmer climates. Along the lakefront is a romantic walkway abounding in flora, and linking the town center to Olivedo, the landing point for ferries and steamers. Varenna is the ideal starting point for a visit to the north/center of Italy and the southern Swiss Alps. It is less then two hours from the Milano Malpensa Airport and 1 hour from the Milano Linate Airport. Places to visit: The castle of Vezio (5 minutes walking distance from the villa), the gardens of Villa Monastero, a neo-classical garden offering a long walk along the lakeshore, Bellagio and Menaggio are 15 minutes by ferry, Tremezzo and the famous Villa Carlotta, Como with its ancient monuments and churches, and its shopping area. Varenna is 10 minutes driving (all shops, restaurants, ferry and railroad station) with connections to Menaggio and Bellagio via ferry. The railroad station in Varenna connects you to Milano by train in one hour. There is a golf course in Menaggio (15 minutes by ferry plus 10 by car).

The residence is only a few kilometers away from Olbia, San Teodoro, Golfo Aranci and other famous places like the Costa Smeralda with Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo.Lu Nibareddu blends perfectly in with the unspoilt surroundings, the turquoise sea and the evergreen junipers that also has given the name to the residence. The complex of apartments starts only 15 meters from the beach and continue up to the hill, 1500 meters from the sea, where also the heart of the village is found with swimming pool, tennis and football-courts, amphitheater, restaurant-pizzeria and the reception. The apartments are connected via a private, sandy road and a mini bus service.
