Children under the age of 3 are not included in this limit. - A maximum of 18 guests on the property at any time, except for Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas when the limit is 35. - Special events (weddings and other large gatherings) which exceed these limits require a Use Permit which can be obtained from the county, but may require a lead time of 6 weeks or more. - No amplified music outdoors at any time, and quiet hours from 10PM to 9 AM.
