Description:This completely remodeled Condo is one of our favorites - once you step inside and see the custom finish work you will agree. The owner has made creative use of space and has appointed the unit with top of the line everything - from dishwasher to linens, you will be pleased. n nThe cozy new couches in the living room are the perfect place to stretch out and watch a movie on the 46 inch LCD HD TV with surround sound and a HD DVD player. The living room is also equipped with an IPOD docking station to enjoy your own tunes. The kitchen has custom cabinets, silestone counters, stainless appliances and every amenity you could need to create a gourmet meal, including a flat screen TV to entertain you while you cook. If you enjoy BBQing there is a large gas Weber on the back deck. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom suite with log furniture throughout and a huge master bath that you really have to see to appreciate. The condo has a tankless Hot water heater, therefore you will NEVER be without hot water. All three bedrooms have TV's and DVD/VCR's. Extra amenities also include hair dryers and an iron and ironing board. n nThis condo is awesome and the location is fantastic (just 1.5 miles from Tahoe City) The complex swimming pools and tennis courts are available in the summer, the hot tub and sauna are open year round. n nPlease be considerate - No smoking, No pets n Bedroom 1 - Queen Bedroom 2 - Bunk and 1 Single Bedroom 3 - King 2.5 Baths n ***** n Had a great combo of snow, sun, more snow, more sun, cold, wind and white-outs, but the skiing and riding was fantastic! Februaury 2011 n n n Beary good!We enjoyed the condo we rented- everything was immaculate and so well appointed. There wasn't anything we needed and couldn't find. It felt so homey and nice. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The bean and rice wall is so gorgeous. It must have taken alot of time! Have you noticed how many bears are in this house? Well, we counted over 300 bears - excluding bed sheets and totwels. Overall we had an awesome time and will surely be coming here again! July 2011

Description:The Sunny View House is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, is very comfortable and within easy walking distance of Meeks Bay Resort and Marina, the best beach at Lake Tahoe. n nOur home has been recently updated with new kitchen appliances, new carpet, a big screen TV, all new linens, new patio furniture, and a new top-of-the-line Weber Genesis 3 burner gas grill. The upper level has a great room, with dining area and kitchen, and one of the two master bedrooms (each of the master bedrooms has a full bathroom). The great room features a big screen TV with satellite reception, a DVD/VCR player, a CD/AM/FM stereo, and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a blender, waffle iron,food processor ice cream maker, coffee grinder, coffee maker and expresso maker, toaster, all the pots and pans you'll ever need, and tableware to seat ten people. Our pantry is stock with gourmet items such as, sea salt, ground peper, olive oil, other vegatable oils, several different kinds of vinager, several different BBQ sauces, lots of spices and condiments. n nThe upper level deck is nearly 500 square feet, has new patio furniture and features a new gas gill. The lower level has three bedrooms (including the second master bedroom), two full bathrooms, and the utility room (washer/dryer). In additions to the second master bedroom, the lower level features a kide28099s room with a bunk bed, a queen bed, and a TV for DVD/VCRs. The third lower level bedroom has a double bed and a daybed. n nThe Sunny View House is ideally located for taking full advantage of all that Tahoe has to offer. Walk to Meeks Bay Resort and Marina, the best beach at Lake Tahoe and where you will find everything for an enjoyable day at the beach, plus, ski boat, paddleboat and kayak rentals, a snack bar, and souvenir shop. For a little exercise and a family outing, ride your bike to any destination on the west shore using the west shore bike path, located less than quarter mile from the house, or hike from the Meeks Bay trailhead into the Desolation National Wilderness Area.

Handicap Access This home is fairly accessible for those with limited mobility since there is one bedroom and one bathroom on the main level. The main entrance has 3 steps to enter the home and there are large double doors. Once you are on the main level, there is a living room, kitchen, dining area, BBQ, two decks, TV in kitchen, one queen bedroom and one bathroom. Layout/Walk through You walk in through the front door and enter the main level dining area/living room. There is dining room seating for 18, plus another table that seats 4. To the left is the gourmet kitchen and there is a deck off of the kitchen with a large BBQ and deck furniture and views of the mountains and meadow. In this kitchen is a TV and a breakfast nook that seats 4-6 people. To the right after entering is a living room area and a hallway that leads to a bathroom on the left and then a Queen bedroom straight ahead. To the left is a door that leads into the garage with a ping pong table. From the main level you can take the lighted stairs down to the lower level. The lower level living room has a pool table, wet bar, foosball table, couches and 70 inch TV. There is a sliding glass door that leads outside to the hot tub and backyard which features a lawn and sloping hill that goes into the meadow with hiking, jogging, cross country skiing trails. There is a large fenced in sloping backyard. From the living room there is a small bedroom on the right with a full bed and twin bed. Down the hallway in a bathroom and two bedrooms with queen beds. From the main level, you can walk up the stairs to the master suite which is the entire top floor of the house. On the left is a large walk in closet which leads into the master suite bathroom with double sinks, large jacuzzi bath with chandelier, large separate glass shower and views of the mountains and meadow. The living room has a large couch with a TV, DVD player, DVD library, DirecTV service. The deck off of the master suite has a few chairs and tables and amazing views. You walk down the hallway to the bedroom which has a queen bed and another TV. The guest house is above the 2nd garage which is a few steps from the entrance to the main house. This garage fits 4 cars and the garage on the main house fits 2 cars. The guest house has a large deck with deck furniture. When you walk in the guest house you are in the living room with a sofa bed, recliner, and TV, with DVD player, and DirecTV. There is a kitchen area with a large fridge, coffee maker, microwave, sink and table with 4 chairs. Walk down the wallway and there is a bathroom on the left with jacuzzi tub/shower, sink and washer and dryer. On the right down the wallway is queen bedroom and if you continue down the hallway, there is a larger queen bedroom.
