We had a group of 10, 6 adults, 4 kids. Safeway is right around the corner, downtown/heavenly village is a couple miles down the road, and we boarded at Sierra, which was only about a 15minute drive. The house was very clean and the process was very easy. Nice big garage to park in was a plus as well. Only downside might be the size of the 2 TVs, very small for such a big house.
