Description:Estate sleeps 21, 11 beds, 10 bathrooms gorgeous Lake Views, two family gathering rooms and a 10 person hot tub overlooking the lake. Private drive and a quiet, private, 8 acre estate setting that will exceed your vacationing needs. Wifi, gas BBQ, two full size refrigerators, Garland 6 burner stove, Ping Pong table and much more. The estate is broken into four adjoining living spaces surrounded by manicured private woods. The long circular driveway escorting you to the lake houses and upon the entrance archway. Through the cobblestone archway you are greeted by breathtaking lake views and expansive lawn. To your left you will enter the Main House. This light bright and cheerful living room offers high ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, wet bar w/ice machine and magnificent views of Lake Tahoe. This house contains the master bedroom suite with a king bed, fireplace, dressing area with full bath and a private patio. Upstairs is a private bedroom suite with a queen bed. On the other side of the cobblestone archway is the “Middle House” The lower level provides two lovely bedroom suites with two twin beds in each bedroom. Upstairs is a large suite with a king bed and exceptional lake views from room and bathroom. Leaving the Middle House, another covered flagstone breezeway leads you into the “Kitchen House” formal dining room. The dining room offers seating for 12-14 at the main table and two smaller tables to accommodate a full house for dinner. There is a wood-burning fireplace and doors that can be opened for access to the large flagstone patio. Adjacent to the dining room is a americana/country but professional chef's kitchen proudly boasting a 6 burner Garland, a breakfast table that seats six and small bar with three barstools. From there, go up the stairs to a private suite with a king bed. Down the hall from the kitchen are two delightful bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. At the end of the hall is a welcoming living room with high ceilings and comfortable, plush furnishings. It is large enough for the entire group to gather together and it is also cozy enough for you to enjoy a wonderful book and private quiet time in front of the oversized wood-burning fireplace. A table for 10 is also available for your fireside dinner. Across the circular driveway from these three houses is The Apartment which is located above the caretaker's quarters. It ideally accommodates extra large groups as there are three bedrooms and one bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. Each rental needs to pay a 10% TOT Tax based on the nightly rate. That fee will be collected upon checking into the property. Cleaning fee is $700 but the system would only let us enter $300 so that difference will be collected upon arrival too.
