You have three balconies on the second floor for privacy for small groups or having a morning coffee or evening MARGARITA! The openness of this house is felt throughout. The kitchen over looks the living area with a large flat screen TV. The dining area sits up to 8 people. The master bedroom has the luxury of two balconies (one private), flat screen TV and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed. This bedroom shares the second balcony with the master bedroom. A full size bathroom is inbetween the second and third single bedroom. Go up the tiny spiral staircase (BE CAREFUL!). Great place for kids as there are five single beds (2 trundles and one single). LET',s BARBEQUE! With a full size bathroom in the garage, an extra refrigerator and a foosball table for the kids, your gathering is just getting started.
