The property has a spacious private terrace with stunning views, a table and chairs, wooden pergola and easy to use gas BBQ-the perfect setting for relaxing with a glass of wine and watching the sunset! The villa also has a luxury handmade kitchen with oven, gas hob and dishwasher, and family sized fridge freezer and microwave. All the bedrooms are double rooms with traditional handmade iron beds. Our beds are large comfortable singles or king sized doubles, with new mattresses and fresh linens and fluffy towels in each room. Bedrooms feature handmade wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with powerful showers with massage feature. Double French doors lead from the dining area to the Gubbios splendid private end terrace which boasts stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the 400-year-old olive groves. The terrace is surrounded by almond trees, fragrant Mediterranean herbs and pretty flowers and there is a large pergola for shade. There is a table, comfortable chairs for 6 and a gas BBQ grill. French doors lead to a handmade kitchen which is very well equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The living area is spacious and tastefully decorated and has a dining table, two 3 seater leather sofas with cushions, a coffee table, a selection of books and games a TV/DVD player. (There is also a complimentary DVD library) The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized handmade iron bed, a wardrobe and dressing table with drawers. The twin bedrooms both have 2 large handmade iron single beds. All 3 bathrooms are en-suite with luxury power showers or bath tub & shower. We are open nearly all year round at Pian Di Cascina. We are in an ideal location for walking, cycling and sightseeing holidays as well and relaxing and enjoying the sun! We offer all guests complementary wireless internet access. All of our properties are fully centrally heated. There are duvets provided in the cooler months and lighter cotton covers in the summer. Nice quality fluffy towels for the bathroom and the swimming pool are also included free of charge. All bathrooms have luxury fittings, powerful showers and mosaic tiles. Soap and toilet paper are provided. Outside There is a large stunning swimming pool (8 x 16m), with spacious terraces, set into the hillside. There is plenty of shade and excellent views of the surrounding area (the views are similar to an infinity pool). There are comfortable sunloungers and chairs and there is a paddling pool for babies. There are well established herb and flowers gardens that surround the property. There is also a spacious lawned games area with boule, badminton, ping pong and various other outdoor games. Bikes are available to borrow. There are 20 acres of farm, woodland and countryside to enjoy while staying with us. The unspoilt countryside is abundant with wildlife. Deer, wild boar, porcupines, hares, eagles, lizards and a wide variety of birds frequently roam the land.
