Your personal holiday experienceOur villa is located between the airports of Alicante and Valencia. You fly in 2.5 hours to the nearest airport and is Alicante. Calpe is about 20 miles north of the resort of Benidorm.Villa Carpe Diem is made up of four individual apartments. It is located 800 meters from the Mediterranean sea and 1500 meters from the lively boulevards with restaurants and bars and the beautiful sandy beaches of Calpe.Villa Carpe Diem is located just outside the center of Calpe. Less than 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca. You also have a great view from our villa on the famous rock El Penon de Ifach. But a visit to the beautiful Altea, Alicante or Valencia is absolutely possible. In short, a place where you can unwind but also can be active.We hope to see you once again welcome, Sandra and Fred as a guest.Villa Carpe Diem is divided into four individual apartments of 95 m2 each, with a private entrance. The large private swimming pool of 12x6m, with access for disabled, makes it complete for a great holiday. You can rent an apartment but the villa is also in his rent, all off so you can freely enjoy your holiday. With up to 24 people You will then travel together in a villa but there is plenty of privacy for everyone because of the separate apartments. Ideal for families with children, groups of friends and groups whose athletes such as trees, divers, mountain climbers, golfers, mountain bikers and hikers.Each apartment has two spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. If you come by and large group and you prefer to just singles then you can let us know when booking.Atmosphere, comfort and cosiness we find important. Like hospitality. All four apartments are fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. The apartments are all tastefully decorated and styled with a theme. Thus, the two downstairs apartments called Casablanca and St.Tropez. And the two upper apartments Ibiza and Bali.All apartments have a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The living rooms have a cozy seating area with coffee table. From the living room you have access to your private terrace, each with its own wicker lounge seating area. All apartments have a view of the terrace and pool and the famous rock Penon de Ifach. From the kitchen you have access to your private terrace outside your own dining area where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning and extended evening to dine and enjoy the sun and the beautiful view.

The apartment is great for either family or golf holidays and is within easy walking distance of all resort facilities. The beaches of the Costa Calida, the Sierra Espuna Natural Park are within a 20 minutes drive. Bathrooms: 1 Bathroom Bathroom 1 - Toilet, Bath with Shower, Bidet Bathroom towels are supplied. For bookings within 4 weeks the full rental is payable at time of booking. For all bookings a refundable security deposit of £150 is required, which will be refunded once our property manager confirms that there are no breakages or damages. Payments may be made by Bank Transfer, Paypal, or Cheque ( cheques only if received at least two weeks before the booking commences). For all bookings there is a 55 Euro fee payable on arrival to our property managerthis covers meeting and greeting you on arrival plus cleaning if the apartment and laundry of linen after departure
