La Siesta golf course and restaurant is within walking distance and clubs can be hired out for 9 or 18 hole games. The terraces are extensive and meals or drinks can be taken with views of the sea and the golf course. The apartment has the most spectacular views towards the Mediterranean, Africa and Gibraltar can be seen on a clear day. There are two terraces, one off the lounge and dining room and another off the master bedroom. The apartment also has the benefit of marble flooring throughout. Accommodation: Lounge and dining area with open fireplace, Satellite T.V, CD/cassette, electric fans and bed settee. Sliding doors lead you to the terrace with its magnificent views and patio furniture. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine etc. The hallway takes you to one twin bedroom and one shower room/toilet/wash basin. One King size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second private terrace. The pool is surrounded with tropical gardens including an abundance of banana trees and lawns. Description:We are holiday villa and holiday apartment owners specialising in child free holidays in Almeria South-Eastern Spain and we welcome you to Finca Arboleda, offering you the our spacious one bedroom holiday apartment. Ideally located just 10 minutes from the beaches of Costa Almeria, Spain. Our holiday accommodation boasts a private pool set in an orange grove and is the ideal holiday accommodation for those wanting a self catered holiday in Southern Spain surrounded by peace and quiet. The Orange Grove apartment is a very rare find in this area where most one bedroom accommodation is often a little box in a new concrete jungle. Here you have charm and plenty of outdoor space away from the crowds and noise of a complex but only a 10 minute drive from the beach. The half tiled single story, apartment is approximately 45 square metres and has one large double bedroom with a king size bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers The bathroom has a power shower, WC, hand basin and hairdryer. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, gas hob, microwave with grill, toaster, kettle, picnic cool box and also access to a washing machine. The living area has two comfortable leather reclining chairs and a dining table that seats four. It is equipped with English satellite TV, and Spanish digital freeview, CD player, DVD with large movie library, radio and wireless internet. All rooms have ceiling fans and for the chilly winter nights there is central heating. The windows have blinds and mosquito nets. You have a lovely view of the swimming pool through the false pepper tree and orange trees. Outside you have a patio area with table, chairs and a barbeque. We supply all linen and towels including beach towels, hairdryers, iron and a large selection of books, all of which will save you valuable kilos on a Ryanair flight. We are happy to do a local shop for your arrival so you don't have to think about it on the way. Guest comment, loads more on the Finca Arboleda web site. Finca Arboleda is a wonderful quiet spot, surrounded by beautiful fig/olive/orange and lemon trees. It was a joy to cook up a delicious meal every evening with the added local ingredients.. We loved the pool and it was difficult to tear ourselves away from it. When we did however, we discovered some lovely local beaches . Our Orange Grove apartment was perfect and we couldn't have asked for more... truly an idyllic spot and would recommend to anyone. Thank you. La Zenia is still largely untouched by commercial shopping centers and malls. Instead, it houses many small locally owned shops(all on the main road). The local villa martin hosts plenty of exclusive shops and open-air restaurants. For a larger shopping selection, go to nearby Torrevieja, just a 10 minute drive away. During the daytime, Torrevieja offers many shopping choices. The Carrefour, located on the ring road, is where you can find everything from a needle to an anchor! A nightly evening market is held on the seafront, perfect for a romantic shopping escape. Entertainment: La Zenia has done well to keep itself away from the mainstream bustle. There is no air-conditioning in the apartment, however fans are provided for hot evenings as are radiators for winter months when it can sometimes be chilly. All doors and windows have fitted mosquito screens so no problems with unwanted insects. The apartment is very child friendly and includes a camping cot if required. no smoking in the apartment but feel free to use the balcony. Pets not allowed. The apartment is on the first floor (up two flights of stairs) and therefore unsuitable for people with mobility problems. The patio doors from lounge open to a balcony with views over the gardens, swimming pool and the sea, it has a table and four chairs (ideal for alfresco dining), and deck chair. The communal gardens and pool area are for the exclusive use of the Rancho development and are well looked after and tended daily. The sun loungers are provided at no extra cost and there is a snack bar serving food and drinks. This area is accessed by security tag only and therefore very safe for children. Also provided are shower and wc facilities. Prices are for the apartment (per week) maximum of 4 people and include cleaning, towels and linen, electricity, water etc. If you are interested in a long term winter rent (October to March) please feel free to contact the owner to discuss a set price (N.B. Electricity charges would be charged as an extra). A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival a full prepayment is required at time of booking. A £100 security deposit is payable prior to arrival and refundable 2 weeks after departure and return of keys, subject to there being no damage to the property or contents on departure. The keys to the apartment and the security tag allowing access to the entire Rancho development can be collected from the Miraflores main reception, a charge of ?14 Euros is payable on collection. Please inform the owner of your arrival time and the reception staff will be informed accordingly.
