It is located about 15 miles north of Zihuatanejo and 5 miles south of Troncones. The long sandy beach is lined with coco palms, the warm, shallow water is great for swimming or body surfing. Buena Vista is close to prime surfing spots. Mesa de Bravo waterfalls and nature tours, horseback riding, and deep sea fishing are easily arranged.
