Description:This completely remodeled Condo is one of our favorites - once you step inside and see the custom finish work you will agree. The owner has made creative use of space and has appointed the unit with top of the line everything - from dishwasher to linens, you will be pleased. n nThe cozy new couches in the living room are the perfect place to stretch out and watch a movie on the 46 inch LCD HD TV with surround sound and a HD DVD player. The living room is also equipped with an IPOD docking station to enjoy your own tunes. The kitchen has custom cabinets, silestone counters, stainless appliances and every amenity you could need to create a gourmet meal, including a flat screen TV to entertain you while you cook. If you enjoy BBQing there is a large gas Weber on the back deck. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom suite with log furniture throughout and a huge master bath that you really have to see to appreciate. The condo has a tankless Hot water heater, therefore you will NEVER be without hot water. All three bedrooms have TV's and DVD/VCR's. Extra amenities also include hair dryers and an iron and ironing board. n nThis condo is awesome and the location is fantastic (just 1.5 miles from Tahoe City) The complex swimming pools and tennis courts are available in the summer, the hot tub and sauna are open year round. n nPlease be considerate - No smoking, No pets n Bedroom 1 - Queen Bedroom 2 - Bunk and 1 Single Bedroom 3 - King 2.5 Baths n ***** n Had a great combo of snow, sun, more snow, more sun, cold, wind and white-outs, but the skiing and riding was fantastic! The snow drifts were amaing. Loved all the bears. Back to skiing in New Hampshire - Thank you. Februaury 2011 n n n Beary good!We enjoyed the condo we rented- everything was immaculate and so well appointed. There wasn't anything we needed and couldn't find. The owners put a lot of thought into their remodel and obviously care a great deal about their home and the comfort of the folks who rent it.Had a great vacation and we will return! n n What a wonderful ZEN place you offer. You provide a wonderful respite from the fast-paced hectic life. We so appreciate it. Grandparents give this a 5 star rating! July 2011 n n This condo is perfect for the kids, parents (us) and gradparents. Love the Tahoe decor and even saw a real bear the 1st night. Enjoyed exploring the North Shore and can't believe our 7 days have come to an end. We would love to come back and stay again! July 2011 n n We thought that the cabin was magnificent! It felt so homey and nice. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The bean and rice wall is so gorgeous. It must have taken alot of time! Have you noticed how many bears are in this house? Well, we counted over 300 bears - excluding bed sheets and totwels. Overall we had an awesome time and will surely be coming here again! July 2011

All are decorated in a Tahoe style to compliment the beautiful natural wood interiors. r n r nOur 2br Cabin and 3br Log Home are located on our 2 acre creek side lot overlooking year-around McKinney Creek with lots of room for private snow play. The Homewood house has a large main deck and private loft deck overlooking McKinney Creek. Description:The Sunny View House is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, is very comfortable and within easy walking distance of Meeks Bay Resort and Marina, the best beach at Lake Tahoe. n nOur home has been recently updated with new kitchen appliances, new carpet, a big screen TV, all new linens, new patio furniture, and a new top-of-the-line Weber Genesis 3 burner gas grill. The upper level has a great room, with dining area and kitchen, and one of the two master bedrooms (each of the master bedrooms has a full bathroom). The great room features a big screen TV with satellite reception, a DVD/VCR player, a CD/AM/FM stereo, and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a blender, waffle iron,food processor ice cream maker, coffee grinder, coffee maker and expresso maker, toaster, all the pots and pans you'll ever need, and tableware to seat ten people. Our pantry is stock with gourmet items such as, sea salt, ground peper, olive oil, other vegatable oils, several different kinds of vinager, several different BBQ sauces, lots of spices and condiments. n nThe upper level deck is nearly 500 square feet, has new patio furniture and features a new gas gill. The lower level has three bedrooms (including the second master bedroom), two full bathrooms, and the utility room (washer/dryer). Walk to Meeks Bay Resort and Marina, the best beach at Lake Tahoe and where you will find everything for an enjoyable day at the beach, plus, ski boat, paddleboat and kayak rentals, a snack bar, and souvenir shop. For a little exercise and a family outing, ride your bike to any destination on the west shore using the west shore bike path, located less than quarter mile from the house, or hike from the Meeks Bay trailhead into the Desolation National Wilderness Area.
