Description:This completely remodeled Condo is one of our favorites - once you step inside and see the custom finish work you will agree. The owner has made creative use of space and has appointed the unit with top of the line everything - from dishwasher to linens, you will be pleased. n nThe cozy new couches in the living room are the perfect place to stretch out and watch a movie on the 46 inch LCD HD TV with surround sound and a HD DVD player. The living room is also equipped with an IPOD docking station to enjoy your own tunes. The kitchen has custom cabinets, silestone counters, stainless appliances and every amenity you could need to create a gourmet meal, including a flat screen TV to entertain you while you cook. If you enjoy BBQing there is a large gas Weber on the back deck. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom suite with log furniture throughout and a huge master bath that you really have to see to appreciate. The condo has a tankless Hot water heater, therefore you will NEVER be without hot water. All three bedrooms have TV's and DVD/VCR's. Extra amenities also include hair dryers and an iron and ironing board. n nThis condo is awesome and the location is fantastic (just 1.5 miles from Tahoe City) The complex swimming pools and tennis courts are available in the summer, the hot tub and sauna are open year round. n nPlease be considerate - No smoking, No pets n Bedroom 1 - Queen Bedroom 2 - Bunk and 1 Single Bedroom 3 - King 2.5 Baths n ***** n Had a great combo of snow, sun, more snow, more sun, cold, wind and white-outs, but the skiing and riding was fantastic! The snow drifts were amaing. Loved all the bears. Back to skiing in New Hampshire - Thank you. Februaury 2011 n n n Beary good!We enjoyed the condo we rented- everything was immaculate and so well appointed. There wasn't anything we needed and couldn't find. The owners put a lot of thought into their remodel and obviously care a great deal about their home and the comfort of the folks who rent it.Had a great vacation and we will return! n n What a wonderful ZEN place you offer. You provide a wonderful respite from the fast-paced hectic life. We so appreciate it. Grandparents give this a 5 star rating! July 2011 n n This condo is perfect for the kids, parents (us) and gradparents. Love the Tahoe decor and even saw a real bear the 1st night. Enjoyed exploring the North Shore and can't believe our 7 days have come to an end. We would love to come back and stay again! July 2011 n n We thought that the cabin was magnificent! It felt so homey and nice. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The bean and rice wall is so gorgeous. It must have taken alot of time! Have you noticed how many bears are in this house? Well, we counted over 300 bears - excluding bed sheets and totwels. Overall we had an awesome time and will surely be coming here again! July 2011

Description:Wonderful 3 level private mountain home with views of beautiful Lake Tahoe, which is only 2 miles away. 2300 square feet of interior space with decks on all 3 floors, and a newly added private hot tub on the bottom deck, from which you get a peek view of Lake Tahoe. This is a gorgeous freestanding private home in a private cul-de-sac on a forested mountain slope. There are outdoor decks on all 3 floors! n nThe entry from the front door or garage opens to the middle floor, which is the main living area with a kitchen featuring new granite counters, range, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, salad spinner, grind and brew coffeemaker - all the amenities for preparing gourmet meals. The adjacent great room has a hardwood floor and a dining area that can seat eight (with the leaves of the table folded out), a lovely stone hearth with a pellet wood stove, a living area with a huge sectional couch and home theater featuring a 55 inch Visio LCD High Definition TV, Stereo with CD changer and easy MP3 player plug in, Klipsch surround sound speaker system with subwoofer, Playstation 3 gaming system (with Move controllers, guitars, drumset, lots of games) and blue ray DVD player. There is a half bath on this floor and access to the garage. The interior was recently painted and redocorated with a Tahoe Rustic Lodge theme. I love it and I 'm sure you will too! There is a massive wraparound deck for dining al fresco, lounging, sunbathing, stargazing, and enjoying the beautiful views. The deck has a picnic table and patio furniture in summer, and a Weber propane grill. There are filtered views of Lake Tahoe from the great room and the deck. n nThe huge master suite occupies the entire third floor and is very private, with a huge bedroom with queen bed, private deck, step down to a side room formerly used for a babies area or work area, full bathroom with jetted tub, separate his and hers sinks, and walk in closet. On the dresser I have a Klipsch portable stereo unit for MP3 players such as Ipods and smartphones. The best views of Lake Tahoe can be enjoyed from the entry of this room from the top of the stairs since it sits above most of the treetops. n nThe bottom floor features two bedrooms, one with a California King bed, 30 inch TV for watching DVD and VHS movies and its own wraparound private deck with newly added private hot tub and a peek of Lake Tahoe, the other is my daughter 's room with a twin bed and another slide out trundle twin bed beneath. There is a full bathroom on this floor and a laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board, etc. n nThe bottom floor has a huge (approximately 18 ' x 18 ') gameroom/gym/office/home theater with L shaped desk, desktop computer with high speed internet access, wireless router for WIFI, lazer printer/copier/scanner, gym quality stair stepper, treadmill, and recumbent lifecycle, convertable hide a bed couch and love seat, stereo, 50 inch Samsung DLP High Definition TV with DVD/VCR, DirectTV connection, home theater setup and Nintendo Wii game system with fun games. The couch converts to a queen size bed that can sleep 2. I have an additional double thickness queen size airbed for this room (or another room) if you have a large party. This room is awesome for kids and family fun! Years ago I operated my law firm from this office. It has been suggested that I advertise this room as a bedroom since I have slept 5 people in it, but it has no closet space so I prefer to call it a gameroom/gym/office/home theater :). n nThe house has Direct TV Satellite service for the two home theaters, and high speed cable internet with WIFI. I have for a Netflix service that provides unlimited streaming high definition movies in surround sound to either of the home theaters in the house. The movies come in over the Charter high speed cable internet connection and go out over the WIFI network to the PS3 and Wii systems connected to the home theaters. n nNo smoking indoors. If you smoke, kindly do it on one of the 3 outdoor decks. n nThis is a gorgeous house in an idyllic natural setting and you will make wonderful and lasting memories here! n

Description:Sleeps 16, from $800/night -Get the real Tahoe experience in this beautiful home. You walk in through the front door and you will be in the mud room with racks for shoes and coat hangers. You will continue into the house and on the right is a piano (recently tuned by a South Lake Tahoe professional piano tuner) and on the left is the sunken living room with couches and large TV with cable. You pass the sunken living room and enter the dining area with seating for 16 people and then there is another door that leads out onto the large deck with a BBQ. When you enter the front door and continue inside there is a breakfast table for seating for 6 people and a large open kitchen. Off of the kitchen is a pantry with the washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. If you walk down the hallway there is a door that leads into the master suite with a TV, king bed, and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. From the kitchen, there is a set of stairs that leads upstairs. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms all with queen beds and a bathroom with shower/tub. Leaving the kitchen, you can also walk through a door which leads down into the garage and separate entrance to the house. In the 2 car garage, you will find an extra fridge and a ping pong table. There are two ways to enter the lower level. From the outside of the house or there is a small circular staircase that leads into the lower level from the upstairs. The lower level has a foosball table and a bathroom with shower near the entrance. Continue into the lower level and there is a TV, pool table, shuffleboard table and couches. On the left is a bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second door on the left has a large bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The large level fenced in back yard is beautiful. There is a volleyball net, tetherball set, new hot tub (purchased October 2010) and a swing. It is great for playing games or playing in the snow. On the side of the house is slight hill which is nice for sledding.
