The latest refurbishment is a family bathroom and the en-suite toilet, which were done in 12/2011 and have not been used at all yet. Flat is located in the most sought after area in Helsinki with all services, trendy restaurants and cafes just around the corner. There's a 5-minute walk to Kaivopuisto park, the embassy area of Helsinki, Kaivopuisto marina and its cafes. Two excellent playgrounds are within a 2-minute walk. There's a 7am to 11pm local supermarket across the yard, only 100 m away. Excellent connections: Trams 1, 3T, 3B (the sighseeing tram) and 10 run from stops 100 and 200 meters away. SLEEPING small double bed (140cm / 48) bed linen provided at the moment sleeps two, but extra people will fit in the living room but at the moment there are no mattresses / linen available, please consider this when booking for more than 2 persons.
