There are f.ex. bowling, outdoor tennis courts, children's playground, gym and indoor swimming pool. Summer activities are swimming, fishing, boating and golf. In winter time there are well prepared illuminated ski tracks in the area. Sports equipment and f.ex. bikes can be rented on site. There are two restaurants, a cafe, a physical therapy centre and a hairdresser's on site. Units of which some have a lake view aand of high standard.Units are studios for four with double bed , double sofa bed, bathroom, sauna and a French balcony 1BR units for 4 with a double bed, double sofa bed bathroom, sauna and a balcony 2 BR units for six with 2 double beds, double sofa bed, bathroom sauna and a balcony and 3BR units for 8 with 3 double beds and a double sofa bed, bathroom, sauna, fireplace and a balcony. All units have a full kitchen (kitchen corner or kitchenette), with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a microwave. All units have a dishwasher, drying cupboard, air conditioning, radio/cd/dvd player, TV, video, telphone and broadband connection. Smoking is not allowed. No pets are allowed. DO NOT SAT ON THE STOVE AND DO NOT COVER IT. 9. Guest is not allowed to make any permanent changes in the flat. 10. The final cleaning is the Guest responsibility. We can provide this service for the fee of 50€. 11. The electricity included in the rental fee is 15 kWh per day. The additional consume will be charged at the rate: 0, 10 €/kWh. Reading of the electric meter will be noted on the Check-in Date. 12. Two keys, number 4 & 5, will be provided to the Guest. The key can open both building and flat doors. The fee for replacing the key, if lost, is 200€, because it includes reprogramming of all the locks in the building.
