Sauna: No children under the age of 15 permitted in sauna without adult supervision. When using the sauna, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. DO NOT SAT ON THE STOVE AND DO NOT COVER IT. 9. Guest is not allowed to make any permanent changes in the flat. 10. The final cleaning is the Guest responsibility. We can provide this service for the fee of 50€. 11. The electricity included in the rental fee is 15 kWh per day. The additional consume will be charged at the rate: 0, 10 €/kWh. Reading of the electric meter will be noted on the Check-in Date. 12. Two keys, number 4 & 5, will be provided to the Guest. The key can open both building and flat doors. The fee for replacing the key, if lost, is 200€, because it includes reprogramming of all the locks in the building.
