Description:Are you looking for a perfect place for a honeymoon or perhaps just a weekend getaway? This charming cabin in the Redwoods is perfect for a private or romantic retreat. The rustic cabin has a country elegance, indoor shower and full bathroom. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to make a lovely meal all you need is the food. Basics such as tea, coffee and condiments are supplied including a few specialty food items. There is a DVD/TV, CD player, DSL in another building, lots of books, movies and games, private deck, BBQ, bad mitten court, and a pond complete with a canoe. There is a big vegetable/flower garden filled with vegetables that you can pick. The land is perfectly balanced with open meadows and fir and Redwood trees. A large Valley Oak resides just off the back deck. The cabin is 20 minutes to pristine beaches and fine dining, 25 minute to wine tasting in Anderson Valley and 25 minutes to Orr Hot Spring. SPRING SPECIAL: GET ONE FREE DAY PASS TO ORR HOT SPRINGS WHEN BOOKING THREE NIGHTS OR MORE. The rate is $75 per night with a 2 night minimum or $500 for one week. There is a $50 cleaning fee which will be waived when booking three nights or more.. The sleeping loft is accessed by a pull down ladder and the bed has a memory foam topper that our guests comment is very relaxing and comfortable. All linens are supplied including robes, Egyptian cotton sheets and beautiful towels. En Suite massage is available by appointment. A small grocery store, gas pump and post office are 1/2 mile east.

Description:Phoenix Nest, a romantic and spectacular oceanfront vacation home, is nestled on two glorious acres of forest right on the ocean. The 2500 square foot, newly remodeled home is bright and well-appointed. It includes a 44-foot living room with 180 degree views of the ocean throughout. The two master bedroom suites provide great privacy for 2 couples. We are situated on two acres that hug the ocean cliff. You can hear the waves crash and see the osprey and seagulls fly by as the low tide unveils the rocks and sandy beach. Watch gorgeous sunsets from the deck or hot tub. You will see sea lions surfing or resting on the rocks. During their spring migration, whales often play with their calves off of the nearby peninsula. In winter, you will see them heading south to Baja. The bluff is like a garden, covered with plants and natural wildflowers. Known as the banana belt, nearby rivers provide a more fog-free and temperate climate than other coastal areas.
