Description:Pretty in pink (and some blues and maroons), the design of this house is a bit unusual, but is very enjoyable. At the entry level is the kitchen, the dining room, the master bedroom and a guest room. Stepping down four steps and you are in the lovely living room with built-in bar, complete with overhead wine and glass rack, bay windows, sky lights, fireplace/heater and views everywhere. The kitchen smiles down from above and exits to the deck and hot tub, also accessible from the master bedroom. Views from the hot tub are spectacular. The baths for the master and guest bedrooms are lovely with built in cabinets and tiled showers and tubs. Geraniums and azaleas decorate the hot tub deck and the entry garden is also lovely. You will be right at home here.

Description:The views from this house, located on the bluffs at the north end of the development, are smashing. The living room is encircled in windows and the circular (and very comfortable) couch and wood-burning stove make it cozy and warm. The kitchen, open to the living room, is tiled and a very pleasant place to be. The ceilings are high and beamed and there are sea-theme accents throughout the house. The hot tub is out on the wrap-around deck, accessed from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom shares the incredible views and is roomy and simply decorated with a huge walk-in closet. The guest room is also pleasantly roomy and the bathrooms for both are very pretty. The design of this house is uncomplicated and its environment distinguished by the views and its appealing decor. THIS HOUSE PROVIDES FREE WI-FI via Satellite Service.

Hardwood floors have been added to the rich granite entry, all of which make your first impression one of peace and serenity. The ocean views from the main living areas and kitchen can be enjoyed through the latest luxury edition window coverings. Views from the large expansive deck are breathtaking. A gas fireplace has recently been installed and the atmosphere for relaxing while perched directly above the beach meets all criteria for the perfect ocean get away.
