Cancellation Policy Cancellation: There is a $50.00 fee for cancellations occurring 30 days prior to arrival date, 60 days prior to arrival date during holiday periods. After this period, no monies will be refunded. Rules Rates are subjected to change without any prior notice Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents.
