Description:The private apartment Villa Rosetta it is situated in the village of Zambratija, npart of Savudrija near the town of Umag ( 5 km). nThe area it is very natural and relaxing ideal for those who are searching for quiet and sports. In the near vicinities You have a bike route, tennis corse, golf 18 holes ( at 3 km), bech volley at 100 metars. It is rented weekly from Sunday to Sunday during the season and on request with minimum stay of 3 nights for the other periods. nThe sea and a small rocky beach is only at 30 metars. from the apartment, in the area you can found also the only sandy beach. nThe apartment is with sea view and with 2 separate bedrooms (for 4 persons), dining room with kitchen and terrace, bathroom with shower box. It is equipped with sheets, towels, mops, hair drier, air condition, Tv-Sat. nThe bed linen are changed weekly. The apartment are cleaned at Your departure ( the kitchen has to be left clean as on arriving). nDuring one week the towels are changed once in the middle of your stay.
