Spend memorable moments with your companions as you relax together on your huge private terrace in the split level Mar timo apartment in Valencia, from where you can walk to the beaches and port in just fifteen minutes. You will not want for space in the Mar timo apartment which you will find to be extensive, airy and naturally luminous. The apartment is located in a modern building of recent construction and you will be pleased to see that it has been finished with high quality materials and pleasant soothing colours. You will have the use of four bedrooms, two double and two twin, and two complete bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower. On the lower floor are to be found three of the bedrooms, both bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen and an ample living dining room where you can relax in complete comfort. Your fully equipped kitchen also provides you with the luxuries of a washing machine and dishwasher so you should have everything you require to live self sufficiently with the minimum of effort. Enjoy the use of a large six seater dining table in the apartment to partake in the meals that you have prepared. The upper level of the Mar timo apartment is reached by climbing the staircase where you will find the fourth bedroom occupying the whole level, and where you will access the terrace. The apartment is airconditioned with the use of a number of hot/cold airconditioning units to ensure that you be comfortable at any time of year. THE AREA SURROUNDING THE MAR TIMO APARTMENT. Should your plans during your visit to Valencia include going to the beach, you will be very well placed to do so as you will have the fabulous Las Arenas beach just a fifteen minute walk away. Arriving at Las Arenas beach you can then follow the Paseo Mar tmo promenade which stretches for two kilometres along Las Arenas beach all the way to Malvarrosa beach. Approximately half way along the promenade you will come to a long string of seafood restaurants where you could try authentic paella or other rice dishes or fideua. If you plan to go out in the evening you could take advantage of the Mar timo apartment's proximity to the Paseo Neptuno (located at the port end of Las Arenas beach) where you will find a string of cocktail bars on the beachfront. If you want to go clubbing you will find one of Valencia's best locations in the Las Animas club just beside the Paseo Neptuno. The apartment is to be found in a residential neighbourhood with plenty of local bars and shops and you will have a supermarket within easy reach at just a two minute walk (Mercadona, Calle Jos Mar a Haro). If you are in Valencia for the celebration of the Formula 1 European Grand Prix, then you could hardly be better located as you will be able to walk to the circuit in just fifteen minutes.
