Description:A spacious 2 bedroom, 1st floor, balcony apartment, set in the Miraflores Rancho A development in Mijas Costa, wonderful views over the communal garden area, pool and Mediterranean sea. Exclusive use of the garden and pool areas with a pool bar that serves drinks and light meals. The apartment is situated approx mid way between Malaga and Marbella, many local beaches and golf courses. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, large chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps. Bedroom 2 with two single beds, fitted wardrobes, large chest of drawers, bedside table with lamp, wall safe. Bathrooms: Refurbished bathroom with double shower enclosure, wc, vanity unit with basin, shaver point, built in washing machine. Kitchen: Cooker/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor, toaster, George foreman grill, full range of kitchen equipment, crockery etc. Utility Room: Washing machine (in bathroom), iron/ironing board, clothes airer (on balcony), wall safe (in front bedroom), hair drier (in bedroom). Living Rooms: The living room has two sofas, a coffee table, sideboard, flat screen TV with various Satellite channels, a DVD player, a selection of books and reading material. WiFi coverage is available with the appropriate gizmo that can be rented from the Miraflores reception. Other: Dining area with a table and four chairs. Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: The apartment will be fully cleaned, with fresh towels and linen provided (not flannels) prior to arrival, extra cleaning can be arranged (at an extra cost) if required. Amenities/Facilities: Hob/Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Iron/Ironing board, Flat Screen TV with Satellite channels, DVD player, Internet access, Room fans, Radiators, Camping Cot, Communal Pool, Sun Loungers. There is no air-conditioning in the apartment, however fans are provided for hot evenings as are radiators for winter months when it can sometimes be chilly. All doors and windows have fitted mosquito screens so no problems with unwanted insects. The apartment is very child friendly and includes a camping cot if required. no smoking in the apartment but feel free to use the balcony. Pets not allowed. The apartment is on the first floor (up two flights of stairs) and therefore unsuitable for people with mobility problems. The patio doors from lounge open to a balcony with views over the gardens, swimming pool and the sea, it has a table and four chairs (ideal for alfresco dining), and deck chair. The communal gardens and pool area are for the exclusive use of the Rancho development and are well looked after and tended daily. The sun loungers are provided at no extra cost and there is a snack bar serving food and drinks. This area is accessed by security tag only and therefore very safe for children. Also provided are shower and wc facilities. Prices are for the apartment (per week) maximum of 4 people and include cleaning, towels and linen, electricity, water etc. If you are interested in a long term winter rent (October to March) please feel free to contact the owner to discuss a set price (N.B. Electricity charges would be charged as an extra). A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival a full prepayment is required at time of booking. A £100 security deposit is payable prior to arrival and refundable 2 weeks after departure and return of keys, subject to there being no damage to the property or contents on departure. The keys to the apartment and the security tag allowing access to the entire Rancho development can be collected from the Miraflores main reception, a charge of ?14 Euros is payable on collection. Please inform the owner of your arrival time and the reception staff will be informed accordingly.
