We are situated in a quiet area in the centre of a green garden with private parking only two minutes from shopping and Albir village, and just three minutes from the beach. We have been open for several years with a regular year-round clientel from many different nations.Services :An Aparthotel offers similar services to that of an hotel but with the advantages of a spacious accomodation with kitchen, patio and private parking. Daily cleaning, laundry service and towel changes are the norm. Internet connection, Renta-Car service and solarium are alo available as are booking services for the many local events. Two swimming pools and a ping-pong table are freely available to all residents. We also cater for special events such as Weddings, Birthday parties and small conferences.Local Information :Albir : Albir also known as Alfaz beach is part of the town of Alfaz del Pi located a few kilometers inland. It has a long beach reaching as far as Altea, it is mostly pebbles but is not uncomfortable. It has a large number of good quality restaurants ranging from Greek to Japanese. Most of the bars are also modern in style and usually quiet and friendly. An easy walk will take you to the busy town of Altea.
