It is located within walking distance of Albufeira and Praia da Oura, less than 100 meters from the Forte de S.João beach made of fine golden sands, stretching around a curved bay, and protected by typical sandstone cliffs.Old town Albufeira is a mixture of the historic and traditional flavour of the Algarve with cobbled streets and picturesque leafy town square, plus a superb variety of restaurants, bars and shops.The beach at Praia d’Oura offers a wide variety of water sports.For those enjoying the night life, the Infamous Strip area with its numerous bars and restaurants is a short distance walk. Children and teenagers on vacation in Albufeira will enjoy the Zoo Marine centre at Guia and the 3 water parks within a short drive. Shops, restaurants and banks are only a short walk distant therefore car is not essential.Basic vacation apartment with two en-suite bedrooms, a living room with open fireplace,located only a few meters from the golden sandy beach of Forte de S. João. Close to the lively and infamous strip, the long street which runs from Montechoro to Praia da Oura, with its numerous bars, restaurants and night life. There are three local golf courses and a wide choice of water sports and boat trips available in the area. Guests are allowed to use a nearby swimmingpool (50m) against small consuption of drinks/food - please bring your own beach/pool towels.From the veranda you have a side view to the sea and there are table and chairs for alfresco meals.There are several restaurants right next to the apartment as well as a small supermarket and newspaper's shop. Arrival hour: any time from 5.00pm and departure hour before 10.00am to allow time to clean and prepare the apartment for the next arrival (unless special arrangments have been agreed).The apartment is located on 2nd floor of a building with no lift.
