Description:Clam Bay is an active vineyard estate, located on one of the southernmost Gulf Islands, across Haro Strait from the Washington State’s San Juan Islands. Clam Bay is a 103 acre jewel, nestled on the Navy Channel, with 5,000 feet of beachfront. This is a great venue for Weddings, Corporate Retreats, Family Reunions or just individual families. You can access Clam Bay by BC Ferries or float planes right to our dock from Vancouver and Victoria, BC. Or if you prefer to sail or motor in on your own boat, we can accommodate moorage for four large boats, plus a mooring buoy of 2700 lbs, buried in mud. This estate sleeps 32 with 25 beds in the various cottages which are spread around for independence or coming together at the Farmhouse the hub of the estate. It includes 17 bathrooms, internet, hot tub, Japanese sauna, gym, pitch and putt and mountain bikes. Family activities include bocce ball, croquet, badminton, horseshoes, pitch and putt, hiking and swimming. There are BBQ’s and a fire pit for lounging around in the evenings. We enjoy a nice climate all year around, with July being the hottest with 30 C days, but otherwise very mild. The rainy season is November and December with odd showers in the next few months after that but lots of sunshine! Our rates are $ 9,000.00 plus taxes for two nights, three day accommodation for the full property or a weekly rate of $ 18,000. plus taxes for the whole property. Our individual weekly rates for the cottages are Farmhouse, $ 5000.00, Heritage House $ 3,000.00, Sod Roof Cottage $ 2000.00, Boat House, $ 2,000.00, Oar House $ 800.00 and the Craft House $ 3,500.00, plus taxes.
