Description:Two Comfortable Wine Country Homes on 7 acre Twin Towers River Ranch, together sleep 16 people, 7 acres landscaped with 600 ft. on the Russian River, a mile from historic Healdsburg. This Russian River country rental home, OAK TREE HOUSE, has two bedrooms with 2 new queen beds, and 1 bathroom with a double vanity. There is a double futon in the living room for additional sleeping. Decks off both bedrooms provide views of vineyards and the lazy Russian river. For July & August 1 week minimum at $1800 per week. Both Homes for a week $5000 (( $44 per person per night for 16 people)) This vacation rental is completely outfitted with new 2011 linens, cookware and all kitchen supplies. The two-car covered parking in our barn has single story access for handicapped accessibility.

Description:Westside Vineyard Lodge is an extraordinary luxury villa set in beautifully landscaped grounds, featuring vineyard views, in ground pool, hot tub, gazebo, multiple decks for outdoor relaxing or dining, horseshoe pit, firepit, swings to the kids, croquet and badminton. Modern amenities are included such as flat screen tv, wireless internet, central heating and air conditioning, and the subtleties of days gone by are present as well. Such as the antique light fixtures, real wood floors, antique furnishings, wooden handrail stair cases and more.As our guests drive up to the home they will notice the extent of the grounds on which the home is set. Several areas invite exploration including the horseshoe yard, swings, western cabin, pool, gazebo and multiple sitting areas.Walk up to the front door through an ivy covered gate, stone walkway and wooden stairs. Beveled glass in the large front door takes you into the living room with baby grand piano, fireplace, sofas and chairs. Separate from the main house behind the pool area is the western cottage, with front porch. This is not a contemporary home, rather it's one of understated elegance in lodge style architecture and decor, with antiques throughout. Family activities are throughout, with a focus on outdoor activities that include horseshoes, badmitten, croquet, and swimming. Felta Road is also a nice bicycling road, as it is a dead in street off Westside Road. Nice evening strolls can be taken on this road as well, and you can go under the busy Westside Road and walk out to the Russian River, about 1 mile.

Description:Healdsburg Creekside Vineyard Estate lies just shy of 3 miles from Healdsburg town in the well known Dry Creek Valley wine growing region. This area produces some of the finest carbernets, chardonnays and merlots from wineries such as Rafanelli, Dry Creek Vineyards, Ferrari Carano and many more. As our guests make the turn into the driveway, they will first notice a large vineyard, and as they get closer to the home a beautiful French Colonial home presents the gardens, roses, and fruit trees all set against Dry Creek and vineyards. A circular driveway makes for ez turnaround. Walk up several small steps to the front door, and enter the tiled foyer. To the right is the formal living room with sofas, chairs, fireplace and a great gathering spot for casual conversation, evening cocktails, or meeting for your daily tours and outings. To the left is the great room, which opens to kitchen, dining and family area. There is a sofa and fireplace, dining table, and island kitchen. French doors open to the yard and pool area, and there is outdoor furniture to dine or have morning coffee, or just relax out of the pool. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with queen bed and large bathroom, and small library/ reading area. Downstairs there is a second sleeping area or office with air mattress. Detached but just several steps from the main house are two guest bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with a day bed/trundle (two twins). Each share a well appointed bathroom. The main house and guest bedrooms form an L shape at the property. Set in the L is the in ground pool and hot tub. The water is striking against the emerald green lawns, rose gardens, iris gardens, arbor and fruit trees. Also just beyond the pool is Dry Creek, where you can either sit an enjoy the sounds of the creek, or dip your feet in it's cool, soothing waters. Walking distance is the Dry Creek Store, where you can get a picnic lunch and basic staple items, wine, beer, sodas, etc, and within 2 minutes are dozens of wineries waiting to be of service. Description:This is truly our most requested home. Window seats surround the living room in addition to a cozy game table, sofa and three sided fireplace. The hot tub is located on the deck facing the ocean. If you prefer, there is a double sized jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom with a magnificent view you could use to soak all your cares away. Granite tiled counters in the kitchen which is open to the dining area make entertaining a cinch. There's is no place I would rather be than in this well appointed and comfortable home.

A big and bold design scheme is used throughout the home with pillars, marble, granite and various cloth textures as accents throughout the home.As you walk through the front doors, an entry way with coat rack and glass display which plays off the lighting is immediately before you. To the left is formal dining with high back chairs, long table, and fireplace. Adjacent and convenient for families, in between the formal dining area and the kitchen is a play area, perfect for children's toys and games.Walking through to the kitchen you will immediately be impressed with the appearance, and when you look through cabinets and cupboards you'll notice how well appointed and stocked it is. Granite island and counters frame a 6 burner gas range top, double ovens, microwave, sub zero refrigerator and small counter top appliances. Bar stools offer informal dining or morning coffee.A breakfast nook offers another dining area, with 4-6 chairs and views to the outdoors and valley beyond and opens to the family room with fireplace, flat screen tv, sound system, dvd and large comfortable sofas and lounge chair.To the right of the entry is an office/bedroom which has a sleeper sofa, and desk for writing or (if necessary) working. Continuing down the hallway you will come to 2 guest bedrooms and a beautiful and spacious master bedroom, each with cal-King beds.Through separate entry and off the pool is what the owners call their 'Sports Book' room. A large flat screen tv, kitchenette, full bath, and sleeper sofa is provided in this room -- also a great space to relax and get out of the summer sun when the kids have had enough of swimming or need a nap.Outdoors the in ground pool (with electric cover), extra large hot tub, and outdoor kitchen and dining area complete a beautiful setting and experience for our guests. The views also add to the experience, with a total of 6 acres overlooking the Healdsburg valley, meadow and forest.

Description:As you drive through West Dry Creek Valley and up Jack Pine Road, you enter the property and have a circular driveway and 3 carport stalls for parking. There are three notable areas on the property, one being the main home, to the right the guest house, and to the left the play area. As you walk to your left, you arrive at the play area, featuring bocce ball court, ping pong table, and play room -- great for crafts or coloring for the kids. This area also leads left around the main house, where you can enter the back area (in the kitchen), master bedroom, or pool area. Back to the entry and into the main home, down several stairs and into the front door to your left are 2 guest bedrooms, with 2 twins and 1 queen, an up several steps is the master suite, featuring his and hers sinks, bathtub and large shower. The master has a deep queen bed, writing desk, large flat screen tv, and balcony for views or yard access. Back to the entry of the main house, the first presentation our guests will notice is the modern and sleek design of the entire property. Lots of glass and metal accents in every area. A large glass front door greets your entry, multiple windows to let in the gentle breezes are everywhere. To the right of the entry is the living room, family room, dining room and kitchen. The living room features a number of built-in cabinets with tv, stereo and dvd systems, enjoyed in comfortable sofas and chairs. Continuing to the kitchen, polished concrete floors and countertops have been installedfor ease of use and cleaning convenience. A wonderful gas cook top and hood are part of the kitchen island, and over sized refrigerator is great for groceries and cool drinks. An extra long dining table accommodates all 8 guests, and family room opens up just off the dining area for casual conversation or evening coffee/cocktails. Through the kitchen area and out the double doors our guests are presented with the in ground pool and spa, outdoor shower, outdoor built in kitchen, gas firepit and multiple areas of seating, shade, or sunning. The entire property is 7 acres, with several areas of gardens and pathways. The views of the valley are very nice, while sitting, swimming or outdoor dining. The separate guest house is a mini-retreat, with living room, queen bed, full bath and kitchenette.
