Description:As you drive through West Dry Creek Valley and up Jack Pine Road, you enter the property and have a circular driveway and 3 carport stalls for parking. There are three notable areas on the property, one being the main home, to the right the guest house, and to the left the play area. n nAs you walk to your left, you arrive at the play area, featuring bocce ball court, ping pong table, and play room -- great for crafts or coloring for the kids. This area also leads left around the main house, where you can enter the back area (in the kitchen), master bedroom, or pool area. n nBack to the entry and into the main home, down several stairs and into the front door to your left are 2 guest bedrooms, with 2 twins and 1 queen, an up several steps is the master suite, featuring his and hers sinks, bathtub and large shower. The master has a deep queen bed, writing desk, large flat screen tv, and balcony for views or yard access. n nBack to the entry of the main house, the first presentation our guests will notice is the modern and sleek design of the entire property. Lots of glass and metal accents in every area. A large glass front door greets your entry, multiple windows to let in the gentle breezes are everywhere. n nTo the right of the entry is the living room, family room, dining room and kitchen. The living room features a number of built-in cabinets with tv, stereo and dvd systems, enjoyed in comfortable sofas and chairs. n nContinuing to the kitchen, polished concrete floors and countertops have been installedfor ease of use and cleaning convenience. A wonderful gas cook top and hood are part of the kitchen island, and over sized refrigerator is great for groceries and cool drinks. An extra long dining table accommodates all 8 guests, and family room opens up just off the dining area for casual conversation or evening coffee/cocktails. n nThrough the kitchen area and out the double doors our guests are presented with the in ground pool and spa, outdoor shower, outdoor built in kitchen, gas firepit and multiple areas of seating, shade, or sunning. The entire property is 7 acres, with several areas of gardens and pathways. The views of the valley are very nice, while sitting, swimming or outdoor dining. n nThe separate guest house is a mini-retreat, with living room, queen bed, full bath and kitchenette.

Description:The first thoughts our guest might have in driving to this vacation home is the beauty in its location and surroundings. n nLocated in Geyserville, about 15 minutes north of Healdsburg, this little cottage is perfectly placed in a private community, with a clear refreshing lake, club house and tennis courts. n nFully furnished to accommodate 7 guests, there is also lots of room to walk, hike or swim in this community of custom homes. n nThe town of Geyserville has several wonderful restaurants, including Santi and the Geyservilled Smokehouse, and the Hoffman House Deli. This is also a nice jumping off point to the area's wineries (Geyser Peak, Chateau Souverain, Trentadue) and Lake Sonoma for boating or canoeing. n nAs you enter the courtyard, you will notice a nice table, chair, umbrella and bbq. To your right is the laundry area, and to the left the kitchen, which is supplied with lots of cookware, utensils and dishes to serve all 7 guests. n nContinuing through the kitchen you will enter the living room. This room is roomy and bright, with sofa, leather chairs, and futon sleeper, all focused on a wood burning stove, providing a nice accent/highlight to the wonderful conversation or family time during the day or evening. n nTo the right of the living room are two bedrooms, one is the master with a queen bed, and the other a guest bedroom with double and twin.

Description:Welcome to Villa Ariadna. This attractive ranch estate is set on 7 acres of vineyard, hillside, and offers green lawn and fruit trees, views and play area. Located on a gated country lane, you arrive at Villa Adriadna only 5 minutes from central Healdsburg. A large fountain, emerald green lawn, and fruit trees decorate the front walkway, and two large brick stairs and brick patio adjoin the front of the home. In addition, you will immediately notice the four adirondack chairs and firepit, ideal for those clear star lit evenings in Dry Creek, where good conversation and a glass of wine top off your day. n nTwo entries are possible. One through the living room and one through the kitchen. Most convenient is the kitchen, where you can quickly unload grocieries, and unpack your gourmet goodies from the dozens of nearby wineries and shops. Here you will also find a well appointed welcome packet, welcome card and a renter's handbook, which has operating instructions to help make your stay trouble free. n nVilla Ariadna's kitchen is a true country kitchen with lots of hardwood -- floors, cabinetry, island, dining table, all accented with cherry red wall paper, rich cabinetry and wonderful view windows to the garden area in front, or the hot tub and vineyard area to the south and east of the home. Wine refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen aid mixer, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, and large refrigerator freezer complete the kitchen. n nTo the left of the kitchen is the master bedroom. This oversized room has a king size bed, beautiful white tiled and updated bathroom with high end fixtures and pedestal sinks, and a beautiful thick glass shower/tub combination. The owners have put in a remote weather station, where you can check the outside temperature from inside...just in case you'd like to sleep in a little longer on a chilly morning, if maybe just light a fire and stay put before heading out to the dozens of nearby wineries or restaurants and coffee houses in downtown Healdsburg, a bike ride on one of the many routes through the valley, or your morning walk.

Sit and relax in the morning or evening looking over the views and vineyards for a peaceful experience here. Enter the doors on hardwood floors to the grand entry, featuring beautiful wooden staircase to the upstairs bedrooms and play area, dramatic chandelier above, and electrically operated skylights for summer cooling above. n nTo your right is the formal living and dining room with fireplace, leather chairs and sofa, and dining table capable of seating all 8 guests. Patio doors open to garden area beyond, allows guests to keep doors open for air flow, natures sounds or the colors of the flowers and plantings. n nAs you continue straight ahead you come to the kitchen and family room. The kitchen features an island, double sided refrigerator, marble countertops, dramatic range cook and gas cooking. The family room has chairs and sofa, a second fireplace, TV, DVD, and music system. Patio doors with hide a screen open to fountain and sitting area with views of the hills and mountains beyond. In between kitchen and family room is informal dining area seating 8. To the right of the kitchen is indoor laundry with washer, dryer, and sink area. n nTo the left of the family room is the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and bathroom has over sized bathtub and shower. n nUpstairs are master bedroom with king bed, 3rd fireplace and sitting area, and large master bath with walk in shower, separate bathtub and double sink. Down the hall are another nice size bedroom with king bed, and a third room, more for a child or children, but adults welcome, and full size bed. One borders the redwood forest and follows a natural stream. Description:Healdsburg Creekside Vineyard Estate lies just shy of 3 miles from Healdsburg town in the well known Dry Creek Valley wine growing region. This area produces some of the finest carbernets, chardonnays and merlots from wineries such as Rafanelli, Dry Creek Vineyards, Ferrari Carano and many more. As our guests make the turn into the driveway, they will first notice a large vineyard, and as they get closer to the home a beautiful French Colonial home presents the gardens, roses, and fruit trees all set against Dry Creek and vineyards. A circular driveway makes for ez turnaround. Walk up several small steps to the front door, and enter the tiled foyer. To the right is the formal living room with sofas, chairs, fireplace and a great gathering spot for casual conversation, evening cocktails, or meeting for your daily tours and outings. To the left is the great room, which opens to kitchen, dining and family area. There is a sofa and fireplace, dining table, and island kitchen. French doors open to the yard and pool area, and there is outdoor furniture to dine or have morning coffee, or just relax out of the pool. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with queen bed and large bathroom, and small library/ reading area. Downstairs there is a second sleeping area or office with air mattress. Detached but just several steps from the main house are two guest bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with a day bed/trundle (two twins). Each share a well appointed bathroom. The main house and guest bedrooms form an L shape at the property. Set in the L is the in ground pool and hot tub. The water is striking against the emerald green lawns, rose gardens, iris gardens, arbor and fruit trees. Also just beyond the pool is Dry Creek, where you can either sit an enjoy the sounds of the creek, or dip your feet in it's cool, soothing waters. Walking distance is the Dry Creek Store, where you can get a picnic lunch and basic staple items, wine, beer, sodas, etc, and within 2 minutes are dozens of wineries waiting to be of service.
