Chalupa Liptovský Trnovec offers wooden cottages (chalet) with the capacity of 8 beds plus the option of 2 additional beds. The cottage has two floors, gas heating and solid fuel heating - a fireplace. On the first floor you'll find a sitting room with the fireplace, sofa (can be an extra sleeping place for 2 persons) and sat/TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a sitting place for 10 persons, a separate toilet and a room for sports equipment. On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms (each furnished with 1 double bed 2 single beds) and two private bathrooms with toilets. Guests can relax on the spacious terrace complete with garden furniture and portable barbecue equipment. In case of interest or need there is access to the Internet in the cottage. You can park next to the cottage. Thanks to its excellent natural surroundings, historic and cultural landmarks and well-preserved folk architecture, this is one of the most beautiful and visited regions in Slovakia. The accommodation is situated in the southeastern part of the city of Žilina (northern part of Slovakia), surrounded by the most prominent Slovak mountains - Vysoké Tatry (High Tatras) in the east, Západné Tatry (Western Tatras) and Chočské vrchy (Chočské Hills) to the north, Nízke Tatry (Low Tatras) in the south and Veľká Fatra (Big Fatra) in the west. All these unique mountains, with their breathtaking valleys, provide unique opportunities for hiking and mountain biking, and of course, winter sports. Ski centers have optimum conditions for downhill as well as cross-country skiing. Those who prefer Alpine hiking can try to hike up to the ridge of Západné Tatry (West Tatras) at an altitude of 2000 meters (Baníkov, Tri kopy, Plačlivé, Ostrý Roháč, Bystrá, Jakubina, Baranec) - recommended only for trained hikers. Check in till 3pm. Check out by 10am. The landlord stays in the area and acts as security. He will give you the keys. You can make an option booking of a maximum of 48 hours, if you choose an arrival date more than 7 days in the future. You can make your reservation definite within these 48 hours or cancel it if you wish. Within 7 days of arrival it's not possible to make an option booking. All reservations within 7 days of arrival are definite and cannot be canceled without charge. Please note: the rates do not include the mandatory hirers' liability insurance. This small amount is a percentage of the rental sum starting from 10 Euros per reservation.
