Here you will find monuments from the Roman period, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. The city has a very nice historic center with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. We have an extensive DVD collection for you to choose from if you fancy a night chilling on the sofa. The italian design kitchen is fully fitted with Bosch electrical appliances, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, and all the necessary - Kettle, Toaster, Juicer, Blender etc. There is a wide selection of spices so that you may enjoy culinary delights if you choose. There will be a welcome pack on your arrival which will vary according to the season. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any special requests. There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom boasts a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage bath and shower, the second bedroom is a double with fitted wardrobe and the third has bunk beds also with fitted wardrobe. There is a shower room with a massage column, WC and washing machine. The apartment has a domestic system installed so there are speakers throughout to listen to music or television, smoke and water detectors. All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided and the apartment is cleaned once a week. Should you require extra cleaning this can be organized with an extra charge.The apartment complex has beautiful well maintained gardens and a superb swimming pool built on the rocks. Whilst swimming one can enjoy the Mediterranean sea breeze! If you prefer to swim in the sea, you can either walk straight down to the rocks in front of the apartment or visit either of the beaches that are on either side of the complex. There is secure parking within the complex. There are 3 restaurants in the vicinity and in the nearby town there are an infinite amount of restaurants to tickle your taste buds. Sitges is a beautiful town to visit and is only 10 minutes drive. Vilanova i la Geltrú boasts wonderful beaches and a superb fresh food market which is well worth a visit.

The urban district of Foral consists of approximately 100 large private villas set in their own grounds interwoven in the local countryside. Foral is surrounded by orange and lemon groves, vineyards and open countryside. The apartment is open plan with a kitchen with combined dining,lounge area set between two large self contained bedrooms. The kitchen area has a gas cooker with oven, a microwave, a dishwasher,washing machine,deep freeze and refrigerator. there is a dining table with seating for six. The lounge/ diner has sofa, armchairs and a flat screen TV/ DVD. Both double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with bath and shower, plus a walk in shower,wash hand basin, WC and bidet. The apartment is solar heated giving constant hot water with AC units for heating or air conditioning to keep cool in the heat of the summer. For the low season, there are oiled filled radiators. Changeover day is Saturday but can be flexible. There is solar heating that provides constant hot water. Bed linen and towels are provided.There is a large patio with patio furniture, parasol and private bbq .The bbq area can seat up to 10 people. More Freedom, More Space (if you are thinking of inviting friends) You can have full exclusive use of the pool everyday which is shared only with owners at certain times. The weather in Portugal is what attracts to many people each year. Mid February to end of April are the spring months in Portugal with average temperatures reaching 19°C. You will also find up to 12 hours of sunshine a day meaning you have plenty of time to enjoy the day. The coastal breezes are very enjoyable on a spring sunny and can make you feel more comfortable in the heat. The spring and autumn are warm making the Algarve portugal an ideal place to visit when taking an early holiday break. During the spring you will at times experience spring showers. However on average there are only around 50 days of rainfall a year in the Algarve.
