Description:The apartment is well equipped and comfortably furnished with everything needed to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. The beach, shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants are within easy reach of the apartment. Comprising of 2 twin bedrooms, comfortable lounge diner with Satellite TV, and door to private terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering and a large communal pool and gardens. The accommodation is within a gated community and is consequently safe for children, making this an ideal holiday location. (Please note there are 2 apartments available, one is a mirror image of the other). Suitability Children welcome, suitable for elderly or infirm. Wheelchair access Property Sleeps 6 General Towels and bed linen are all included. The apartment receives a complete clean after each rental. Long term rental cleaning are by arrangement. Kitchen Fully equipped for self catering, including fridge freezer, and full size oven with ceramic hob, microwave etc. Bathrooms Bathroom with bath and shower over, basin, toilet and bidet. A washing machine is housed under teh bathroom counter. Bedrooms Bedroom 1 & 2 are both fitted with twin beds. Bedroom 1 has a large chest of drawers and cupoboard space. There is a sliding door to terrace. Bedroom 2 has fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Living Area The lounge diner comprises of a dining table and 6 chairs. 1 x 2-seater sofa, 3-seater (double) sofabed, coffee table, Satellite TV on stand and door to terrace. Pool Details Large communal pool, fenced and gated for use by residents only The pool area is complimented by barbeque facilities, tables and seating as well as the normal abundance of showers. There are also toilet facilities and hot showers by the pool for ease of use whilst enjoying your holiday. Outside The apartment blocks have both stairs and lifts, making wheelchair access easy. The accommodation is within a gated community and is consequently safe for children.
