Its access with six kilometres in dirt road with farms, pastures, and other attractions of the country side gives the visitor the feeling that is isolated from civilization while still being in the greater Sao Paulo. • It is dedicated to the religious communities, families, businesses, schools and other groups who respect and love nature and its Creator, and seek a place for rest and recreation. We rent to groups of at least 30 people and we do our best to serve you well.Facilities:Garage: large courtyards with places for dozens of cars.Rooms: Two houses with 4 rooms each equipped with bunk beds, ranging from rooms with three beds up to six beds.Bathrooms: There are eight bathrooms in all. Four near the swimming pool and other four inside the houses. Of these, four have hot showers. The pool has a dressing room with four cold showers and one hot shower. Camping Area: Large lawn with night light to pitch tents.Kids Play GroundField and Court: Soccer Field Society (13m X 28m), an official size volleyball sand court.Large House: Living room with three environments, fireplace, television, DVD and a gamming table.Table Games: Pool table, Table football, Table Tennis, cards, dominoes, etc..Sauna: Sauna moist with restricted use to be arranged with our customers.Whirlpool: hydro bath with restricted use to be arranged with our customers.Swimming pool: Swimming pool for adults 5x10m² and also a wide pool for children’s.Barbecues: two grills, one large and one medium.Trails: Several trails between the woods and native bushes.Kitchen: fridge, semi-industrial stove, standard 6 burners stove, two sinks, refrigerator, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc.

Description:Villa Ana is nestled 2 km from the center of Zadar's old town, on the Dalmatian coastline, more specifically in Borik the most attractive and interesting part of the historical city of Zadar. Our apartments are situated in a private villa, located just 200 meters from the shoreline with majestic views of Zadar channel and the island of Ugljan. Borik is a well-known tourist destination with numerous beaches, promenades, restaurants and renowned hotel and camping areas offering an array of sports and social activities. Our residence includes 2 apartments for 4 2 people, 3 apartments for 2 2 people and 1 apartments for 6 2. Each apartment is furnished with a satellite television set, A/C unit,central heating as well as a covered patio with a sea view. There are three apartments for max three ( 3 ) guests each, two apartments for max five ( 5 ) guests each and one big apartment for max seven ( 7 ) guests. These numbers referr to the adult, which means if you have children it is possible to accommodate more people in the apartments. Furniture and all other facilities are new , modern and functional. Kitchens are well equipped with everything needed for household. Villa Ana also has an undisturbed approach to its parking, reserved only for our guests. Each apartment has a roofed over terrace and some apartments have a view of the sea and the islands.
