General: Zaralux apartment is located on the top floor (5th floor) in a nice block with a large parking area, playground and landscaped areas. Zaralux apartment is 55 m2 and consists of entrance area, open space that make up the kitchen, dining room and living room, two bedrooms, one with walk-in closet, one bathroom, a balcony and roof terrace of 60m2. Lift is available. Equipment: Kitchen includes a sink, dishwasher, ceramic gas cooker, oven, hood, fridge and sufficient elements for storing food and dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. Dining area has an extended glass table and four chairs.
